    Is it wise to buy a one door proover and a 3 deck oven if I want to open a bakery in my garage?
    What size of spiral mixer would you recommend for a small bakery?

      Hello👋🏾@lungampaka3298 . Thankyou for taking the time to engage with us and its great that you want to also start your own bakery business😀. Having a single door proofer with a 3 deck oven is okay, make sure that your proofer will be able to fit a your ovens capacity seamlessly.

      Also @lungampaka3298 for the type of mixer you need, the 40kg spiral mixer would be best for such an oven. A 30 kg mixer would also work but it would be producing almost the exact amount of dough you need. Its usually better to have a slightly bigger mixer so that even when you expand your business the same mixer would still be usable.

    I would like to know one thing about proofers. Can this proofer also be used for fermenting yogurt??

      Yes it is possible to use it for such purposes.

    ow many loaves does this proofer take and how long is the proofing. Trying to see how possible it is to bake 2000 loaves with the equipment prescribed. I was thing two proofers for this kind of production.

      Hello the proofer can carry atleast 160 loaves of normal 400gms. With the setup you can bake upto 2000 loaves daily.

      Hello @punjabiboyzmusic374. Thankyou for reaching out to us, the oven as a capacity of 84 loaves of bread in one baking round giving it a total of 168 loaves in an hour. In a day you could produce upto 1680 loave of bread😀
