Hi. Yes there is. It is next to the entrance to Haramain train station inside the airport. There is SPL(saudi postal service like DHL, Fedex etc) desk. They have luggage storage services. From small to medium size the price is 40.25 SAR/day and for big luggage size the price is 69 SAR/day.
Please note, we did not use this service though. This is some information I could gather for you.
