If one of the partners is disqualified in the firm, then you have to see if the audit firm still has majority of partners who are qualified. If yes, then the audit firm will be qualified too.

Mam i have a doubt .. If company incorporated in September 2020 ... BOD appointed a auditor till the compilation of 1st AGM...... In that AGM, can he reappoint for next 5 yrs tenure... ??? It is a listed company
