Thoorin put this situation pretty well. It's not just a game anymore, it's a job, there are a lot of people, different jobs working around them to make everything fine, so you have to be professional. It's like going at your football game and you forget your equipment. Like... you had one job... there's no excuse for being so unprofessional, not at that level and when you get so much money. Changing your mouse, again, 3 IQ move, especially after you destroy them in the tournament before this. And one more reason for them to be so mad is because he's joining in the superstar role, he is supposed to replace NiKo... you're not as allowed to whiff as the others... it's just the way it is. He's just downright unprofessional. He supposidly chamged mouse 5 days before RMR and played fine in practice. But there's been times where he's late for pracc, forgets equipment, the entire Nvidia settings thing is horrendous.
And yes, he doesn't know how to handle himself in a profesional envoirnment. There's a LOT of money on the line here both for players and teams. He can't just fuck around trying shit, when everyone are fighting their hardest to get through the toughest tournament of the year.

@@AstroSullyagreed magisk made it very clear early on in the team it was painful playing with someone so inexperienced, and I imagine the rest of the team felt the same. Maybe Boros’ attitude wasn’t good but I know if I was made to feel like a disappointment by my teammates that should be helping me, I’d probably stop giving a shit too.

If you've never played sports (e sports or traditional) at a high level, this might sound kind of toxic and shocking to you, but these kinds of conversations are absolutely necessary. They need to put him on blast for a second to make a statement - this is the fucking big leagues. These kinds of mistakes - mistakes that probably could have been avoided- are completely unacceptable. And when your teammates are getting tilted by your own actions and you just can't read the room - maybe that's a clear indicator that a roster change is needed. No chemistry there
The problem most people have from what i inderstand is that they chose to post everything online when such talks should be made in private if they are towards a single player in particular

Nah you don’t sit there and blame a certain teammate for your short comings. Everyone knows in a team game that chemistry is the most important thing when it comes to consistent success. Going around the circle and emphasizing one player while no one played perfect or even great tbh is just immaturity and lack of understanding on how to build a winning culture.

Zonic should've taken Boros aside and told him this 1on1. The rest of the team shitting on him is unnecessary, whether they believe it or not. Zonic should've told the guys he has spoken to Boros, and then they should've tried to support and lift him up. After that, if he still doesn't show willingness to improve and show up, it's fair to drop him.
Everything Zonic said is valid and true, there is no point in players dogpiling after its said though. If you cant take constructive criticism, maybe you shouldnt be in elite sports/esports
And even if Boros was 1.4 avg rating they still could lose there are plenty of matches were s1mple lost with 1.57 rating etc one man army is not enough against 5 pros, it can work in fpl
Kid is a 19 year old talent, do you not have the ability to shape him into something? Let's be real, they didn't want to develop him in the first place, they're still salty they didn't get NiKo so they are now blaming him for not being NiKo. If this was Karrigan, it would be a different story, that man molds talents into superstars. Boros just became the scapegoat, kid never stood a chance. Oh and they're all blaming him on social media too, that's very classy.
You may have a point of the what if it was another player, however I personally think that his team showed still cared about him. Example is Snappi saying you had insane aim last tournament. I think they handled this pretty well and also made the point that this is a job, a professional one at that. If you are late at practice/work for no good excuse or change your settings in one of the most major tournaments of the year, that is a major issue that can't go unnoticed.
Edit: Another opinion added. I do think it's unfair though for falcons to be publicly shaming boros on UA-cam. I think this a team issue that should stay private. Not post it in public like this.

Social media stuff is unprofessional, but any coach worth their salt would say the exact same thing, if not more. Higher tier sports are very serious - if you can't handle the stress and accept blame from time to time then you're not cut out for it

These conversations have to happen in sports and e sports, as a college baseball pitcher I got in my head changing things my pitching coach, manager, and teammates confronted me just like this, it worked I won 6 straight starts after.

anyone who has competed at high level knows you need to callout anything you dont like, even minor things like being on the same page of having the same callouts for a map. Everyone on the team calling him out needs to be done because if you dont say if something bothers you it would look like zonic just targeting an individual. These guys get paid the big bucks they should be able to handle harsh criticism.

Wasn’t he first on the team? It’s not like he joined thinking he was going to be surrounded by the core for a top 3 team. It’s very obvious they never intended on keeping him but got stuck with him. It would have been uncomfortable for him as well. Being flamed by your teammates in the media (before this vlog). He went from playing on an arguably tier 2 team to playing with legends of the game he was just out of his depth. I cant imagine they invested enough time into helping him knowing he’d be out of the team soon. There’s 2 sides to every story and whilst he is at fault for his mistakes I could understand the lack of motivation in a team that are meant to help you but don’t.
I just wanted to point out that Ence are doing better than basically anyone expected, and that is because they have an insane team energy and everyone backs each other up, but Falcons is doing the complete opposite and they're getting the oposite results lmao.

The arguments of pressure and everyone shitting on person is fair when Falcons was competing in tier 2 tournaments and tier 1 qualifiers. However Falcons is no longer a tier 2 based team. They are on the same level as everyone else now. Changing settings and mice mid tournament and/or mid game is unprofessional. He needs to learn his lesson now, when it's coming from Zonic you know you should listen. He ain't some dummy who randomly got a high paying job. The players deserve to give a piece of their mind (should of happened off camera), because they had the expectation of making playoffs in the major. Once you step in tier 1 cs, whether fans/coaches/players/managers/etc like it or not, you have to treat every tournament, every game like they're on the verge of losing their job and be a professional. I'm fairly sure every football player in the world would love to play football without expectations and have fun in front of their fans. But the reality has to hit at some point and you need to grow up. If i forget my tools at my job, I've let down, my owners, co workers and customers. He needs to grow up, take responseablity stop blaming shit and admit her fucked up. His tweet shows me that he can't deal with pressure and should never be considered by a tier 1 org unless his willing to put his head down and fucking put in the work while also taking in advice from the greatest coach this game will ever see.
Knowing when to speak is just as important as knowing what to say. Zonic didn’t say anything egregious, but he needs to control his frustration better. As teammates you should NEVER turn on each other and start bitching about performances while you’re in the middle of a series. If one player isn’t performing up to standards of course it’s harder to win, That’s why YOU as a teammate have to step up in the moment and cover. In real sports you never see a team completely turn on a player with obvious cameras in their face. To make the excuse that the reason you can’t win a series is because a single teammate is whiffing some shots is disgusting behavior.
Can see how many people in the comments have never been even close to high level in any kind of competitive sports. The mouse isnt in the middle here, Boros constantly complained during games and brought teamspirit down. He needed a wake up call, and he still changed mouse (again) in the next big tournament, whiffed his aim and complained through the game. They are 100 percent right. Let me describe it using a different game. If you play league of legends with locked map with flash on f key and secondary spell on d key. If you switch those setting just cuz faker plays on a diff setting you are going to perform drastically worse. So like they are absolutely right. Don't go fuckin around with equipment and settings before a massive game

I would really like to know after which match/map this happened, especially what Maden mentioned with Nuke.
First match they won, on Nuke, yes BOROS didn't play up to his standard, but a win is a win.
Second match they lost, also on Nuke, but against fucking Faze, Frozen, Broky and Ropz all had a 1.4 rating. Maden and Magisk played some solid CS but all three BOROS, SunPayus and Snappi played bad.
Thirs match again on Nuke they lost to EF who was obviously considered the underdog, but from Falcons only BOROS showed up. SunPayus you could say was alright but not for his standard.
Amkal of course they shouldn't lose to them, and first map, Vertigo, they won everyone played above their average, 1.76 from SunPayus absolute masterclass. Second map, Ancient, Snappi somehow had a masterclass but BOROS and SunPayus both 0.5 rating and threw the map away, you can't really point fingeres at one there. And last map, Mirage, looking at the numbers they should have won ICY was popping off, but everyone on Falcons performed, really wasn't BOROS fault.
This is not about BOROS being innocent, changing your mouse and settings before a important tournament is not a good decision. But the whole team putting it on him is just bad, especially considering he is just 19 and way younger then all of them.

Very unprofessional ganging up on him like that on camera especially when they lost to de-facto worse teams than them. With that said Boros did fuck things up experimenting too much with his hardware close to the RMR. Boros wont have problems finding a new team but Falcon has serious chemistry problems to fix before they start being contenders for titles.

@@harrisonj1177 there is no such thing for aiming, i recommend you watch viscose´s video about it, its actually beneficial for the overall mouse control and mechanics within the mouse, changing sensitivity and mouse will lead to overall improvement
what you dont understand is that changing mouse and settings break your muscle memory, critically affecting your performance in the game. sure he’d perform better with different settings, but changing them in the middle of the tournament? sounds like a complete disaster to the team.
