I have a theory to how Hal make dedede's theme better every time. They just add little extra parts, which, as long as those parts are good and fit in with the song, make the song 'better' But that's JUST A THEORY... I won't go down that path.
That kind of has an opposite effect on dark matters theme, I prefer the original because the it does not have the extra parts added. The other versions are good, but the extra parts are annoying to me

i know you usually sneak haltmann's theme into your paints but i wouldnt be surprised if the melody was actually snuck into the original song and i havent blayed battle royale, is it actually in there or was that you?
Tyler_318 it was released in US back on Jan 18, but sadly the online is restricted to regions. eg. JPN can only play with JPN players, EU can only play with EU players. sadly EU has the smallest Kirby fan base
