Never liked the stereo version of that song. It sounds like the Miracles got lost in a subway tunnel. Mono has depth and drive.

I heard the stereo mix first and enjoyed it for years before I finally got the mono album. I think by then, I was very much into stereo mixes because I was playing bass and drums and whatnot, so I preferred the clarity and separation of everything.
