I'm American & only recently have come to realize what a great all-around entertainer Robbie Williams is. He's truly unique & endearing, like an old-fashioned variety show star... who just happened to be a pop idol... who just happened to be an ex-boybander. He's also handsome enough to be a movie star if he wanted.
I love emma thompson so much, it's funny that she play the author of mary poppins as I feel she's the only one that could ever play her in a remake as she's just as wonderful as julie andrews
And this Aussie enjoyed every minute of it. I much prefer to watch the UK & Aussie Actor's on the couch, then the American. Emma is right American Celebrities have a very obvious high raki, and it can be awkward a lot of the time. This looked like a bunch of Mates having a chat.
+Bente M I am at 'End of time' but I keep putting it off because I loved David Tennant so much as the doctor. I'm scared for the sadness to come. Hahaha I feel pathetic.
Update: I survived. Barely. Matt Smith turns out to play quite a cool doctor! River Song makes up for a lot of the loss of the 10th doctor I reckon. She is an amazingg character! I do miss the charming 10th doctor though.
I was so upset about losing Tennant as the doctor that I decided I wasn't going to like the next one whoever he was...By the end of 'the eleventh hour' I was hopelessly in love with Matt Smith...
Yeah, about that... I genuinely hope you're still around. I mean it. If you see this, please respond. If you've passed I'm sure you're able to watch from the big red chair.
@Nell F - Someone pertinent to the creative work on the Bridget Jones' film loved the line uttered spontaneously by Robbie on this very program and asked if they could use it because it is classic. A pity you could not have heard it here prior to the movie since that would perhaps have spoiled your enjoyment of it hereon. It may have been Emma Thompson who was one of the writers on the screenplay.
I really enjoy this with the two Doctors from Doctor Who. Maybe should have the following two Doctor's in a following episode. Great how everyone on the chair talks about Doctor Who, with one person in a Dalek costume.
I doubt Emma Thompson had ever seen a Doctor Who episode, yet she somehow knew that Matt Smith would like a Banana..at a party. What a considerate sixth sense she has.
I kinda dislike some of the comments Jimmy Carr did, especially towards the Dr Who fan. Bit immature in my opinion. But I'm always loving Emma Thompson and Robbie's very sweet too.
I really would have loved if they'd stopped talking about Emma's appearance... you have one of Britain's most amazing actors there, and you ask her how she's managing her ageing?
"Hold on Jimmy has a question" (Me to me: This is gonna be good) "What do you think it's going to be like to touch a girl?" My favorite bit is how the fan thinks he's one upped Jimmy by saying he's married to the other lunatic Dr. Who fan that didn't even get to speak out of how insufferable she seemed. What a sad life they must live, him selling insurance with long sleeves at all time and her maintaining her Dr. Who Etsy page to fund more poorly thought-out ideas.
I know right, having found someone to share your life with that has the same entusiasm for the same things you love, and getting to meet in person your idols must be such a sad life they live....
@@Neocoolzero That's one way to look at it, another way would be there are two co-dependent and mentally unstable adults who have defined their lives around a show intended for children.
I love the fact that David Tennant's hair is braided for this. It's so cute
My sister worked with David on a Netflix show, apparently he's one of the lovliest people ever.
Robbie: ''Can you sing?''
Jimmy: ''No''
Robbie: ''Never stopped me''
lol

He's married to the dalek
Just shows what a condescending untalented, unfunny prick Jimmy Carr is 😡😡😡
It was like watching my favourite pub burn down xD what a line
It's alright she's opened an off licence round the back.

Angeline Mckew dw Emily Blunt will do an amazing job. :)

This may well be my favourite Graham Norton show to date. A whole bunch of my favourite Brits (and a Scotsman of course!),
Arie Hoeflak
'Twas a great show alright.
kinda felt like I was there, it was so natural
Scotland is still part of Britain so you can still call David a brit in that sense
Emma Thompson: Proper to good all in under a second. Love it.
david tennant is my favorite doctor and I'm just past the episode where he died, I literally cried my eyeballs out
Bente M I'm sorry, I'm so sorry.
Bente M I know how i feels, I was VERY sad too :(. But Matt Smith is also a good doctor :D

wonder if this guy died

one of the funniest shows ever
Maybe the best episode ever. That musical number was the absolute top.
Mad as a chair ... never bored when Emma is around 😃
Guys, Emma Thompson gave bananas to the Doctors. Don’t you get it? Pretty sure she’s a fan! And she would be such a wonderful Doctor too!
OMG!!! Emma Thompson would be a PERFECT Doctor!!!
Graham has gotten me through so many rough and lonely times.
Can he act?
No, no, no, no...don't be silly. LOL!
"It was like my favorite pub burning down." That joke is in Bridget Jones Baby as well.

Loved the bit regarding, Arnold lol! Emma Thompson, thanks!!!
Finally a leader!
was I the only one thinking about the tiny little Harry Potter reunion there? I mean, Professor Trelawney and Barty Crouch Jr?
+Natália
Can I be mean?
Trelawney and Barty never met in the movies.
There should be one!
This is one of my favorites episodes by far!! thanks for the upload.
It's FANTASTIC to have the down to earth sense of humor from the English!
That was my favourite song out of all the Disney movies, when I was little in the 70's. They did it perfectly.
This has gotta be my favourite coach ever
Emma Thompson is gold!
loved Robbie and Olies song. Great swing for a change
THEY WERE HOLDING HANDS
When Jimmy Carr is on the couch and Robbie Williams is the funniest person in the room 😂
@Outfoxed_
You need proper medication the shit you are on is causing massive delusions to the point of complete detachment from reality.
Really good episode. I loved it.
I'm loving how people can't take Jimmy. He's just too much apparently! I fucking love him! XD
bububububak same he’s so funny 😂😂😂
I think he's fantastic and I'm not British. Some people have no sense of humour is my suspicion.
thx for posting
This is just the best!!!!!!
*Finally a leader*
Damn!
Matt Smith... The Crown! I am going to miss life...so many fun things I never got to do.. :(
O my doctor Robbie williams singing Disney 😂😂😂😂😂
Not my mom saying, "Finally Sybil is confident!" 🤣
27:49 the doctors appear, you’re welcome
omgosh! Now I really want to see the movie Saving Mr. Banks!
Jimmy Carr has the most adorable laugh
I really enjoy this with the two Doctors from Doctor Who. Maybe should have the following two Doctor's in a following episode. Great how everyone on the chair talks about Doctor Who, with one person in a Dalek costume.
David Tennent being so British he wants to give the guy his own back after signing his arm... 😂
It strikes me as very unfair that Doctor Who has eight lives whereas the fans of Doctor Who haven't even got one.
- Jimmy Carr
I clicked on this episode simply for more Jimmy Carr.
“What’s it going to be like to touch a girl?” 😂😂
Finding out that David Tennant and Matt Smith have met Jimmy Carr is now my reason to live
Matt Smith is oh so attractive.
A1r15totl3 what?
Yes just yes
show starts at 28:10
NOVA No need to be rude
NOVA so true

It's a joke.
Khora Faust I think it was the fucking funniest thing of the whole show. But that’s just me.
yeah totally
@@bloodycrazygamer1230 i think the fact theat it was such a cheap joke is what makes it immature

Would you like a banana?
Oh good! says the Doctor

Matt Smith had to cut his dreads for Terminator Genysys.
31:03... well well well xD
The more Brits are on the couch funnier it gets
Hm, Robbie Williams as the 13th Doktor? cause its a bit too late for David Bowie...

It WAS the Isle of Wight, Emma
What’s up with Japanese subtitles?
I really would have loved if they'd stopped talking about Emma's appearance... you have one of Britain's most amazing actors there, and you ask her how she's managing her ageing?
這不是S14E6嗎?
It is actually season 14 episode 6
好棒是中文
So British. XD

Emma about isle of man. Lol!!

If only you'd had a drop of talent implanted. Or even better a lead injection 😊
Matt smith. Gorgeous
PL Travers was a mother, not a good one, but she was a mother
The tattoo girl has nice buns but I’d be a bit concerned for her boyfriend!!
sry but Carr's laughter is so freaking annoying it sounds so unnatural and acted out
That musical performance was very disappointing. They can both sing so why mime?
Mime??? They were great! I've loved that song since I was a kid.
