For me, I try to manage my time every day, but not in the good way because my work takes a lot of me, but every day before I go to sleep I read and listen English with spotlight and I try to improve my English speaking skills within a year

learn to use your time in better ways, work in smarter ways, six tools of time management:
1) Remember the big picture:
- where you want to be in one year?
- write it in the paper
- put it where can see it every day
2) Plan out your week
3) Avoid distractions and interruptions
4) Minimize distractions
5) Do the most important things in the beginning of the day
6) Know when to stop working

I try to many my time but I can’t Commitment with plan every day because my work take a lot time from my.. but I still try to done my plan about improve my language as much as I can by listening on my way to work, reading in the rest time and I’m happy with myself and what I trying to do :”)

Excellent !! 👌☺ and I loved this new ways of presentation of UK and US assent but blue colour hurts eyes even red (becoz I watch and read without flicking eye )
I think black and light gray is good combination for UK and US assent.
But overall I'm grateful to spotlight and all speakers.
