Mom! I swear this is an English language educational video!
This is the best guide I ever seen on tongue exercise.
Wow! I'm just amazed ....the way she explains : roll'n the tongue, perfect gestures, n most important part show'n suitable examples ....
Great job
Way to go...
I didn't know there is a excercise for the tongue. I hope to put it into practice and improve. Thanks a lot to both of you.
This is the answer I was looking for so long to master any language...the key is the tongue...greetings from colombia..
Hey thank you for this amazing instructional video! A suggestion for the tongue exercises when you stick it out for the stretch would be to advise your viewers to place a pen or pencil underneath the tongue to bridge it... it gives the tongue a really nice stretch and a good idea of how it should feel when you're doing it correctly! However, only a suggestion guys! The video is very helpful regardless! Thank you so much!
This is a tremendous lesson
A good job, it's really intersting .it helps to relax our tongue .especially , to enunciate
Thanks Ayesh!
Thank you for your suggestion Youcef!
For me, the tongue tip is touching the back of the front (bottom teeth), and the wide flat top part of the middle of the tongue is touching the roof of the mouth, and my mouth is closed. If I'm leaving everything hanging and relaxed, then my jaw will drop some and so my tongue won't be touching the roof of the mouth.
Extremely very important video. Thanks.
My pleasure!
so love this exercise, it is really what I need. Thanks.
You're welcome!
I've been doing this similar exercise (very simple ones) each morning or just before speaking English so as to pronounce clearly but never knew it actually was for relaxing muscles and that there are various methods to practice with. Thanks for this video. Very helpful!
These are great techniques! These are useful exercises for my students who are faced with the daunting task of retraining their mouth muscles. Thanks!

I agree! :)
can i use this exercises to remove stammering
How to relax the back of the tongue ?
Stretching the tongue and actually massaging the tongue can help with this. Also, visualization, breathe and imagine the back of your tongue letting go, relaxing, softening. Also, relaxing your throat can really help you relax the back of your tongue - it's all connected!
I love the guy! He is so fun! :oD
is it helpful for stammering problem?
Great exercise, weird but I needed this.👍
Thanks for watching Sharon!
Is puking up normal for the beginners while doing this tongue exercises ?
Ha! No! Take it easy and don't push yourself too far too quickly. You may need to ease into these exercises. They may feel a bit uncomfortable, but vomiting is definitely not a part of the warm-up. :) Thanks for the comment!
Do i have to do this whenever i feel tension or i just do it for a few times until it becomes loose?
interesting..
Glad you liked it GV!!
