the wheel only works on mahoraga meguna and megumi

It gives more regen, no matter which CT you're using. You cannot adapt unless you play Maho but you do receive a little less of damage from the moves you adapted. Megumi and Meguna just can move those adaptations to their Mahoraga

The dialogue things were for if you play as megukuna or play as mahogara and eat sukuna fingers. If you hit gojo and wait a couple of minutes, three dialogue will appear
How long do you expect me to wait, mahogara?

When the last dialogue appears you have to summon mahogara and gojo has to kill him so you can get the world slash.
If you play as mahogara and eat sukuna fingers you will get the world slash when the third text appears.
