i think after seeing atmospheres like night city in cyberpunk and having a more in depth view of cities in star wars, we would all love to visit or live in a place like this. the look and feel of a gigantic futuristic city is really something else.
Sort of, light pollution sucks & is blocking our view of the Milky Way. W/out light pollution, like the Grand Canyon for example, the entire sky would be lit up like we're on Endor. Norway, Iceland, & greenland are great places to visit to experience this, plus these countries have a sort of Star Wars feel to them anyways.
@@saintburnsy2468 I've always wanted to go. I was even borderline obsessed over wanting to move to Tokyo a few years back. I'll definetely take this into consideration because if i visit or move, I want the full experience for sure. Thanks for the suggestion!
@@whipdisho5541 Yeah no problem! Be warned though, Tokyo is a lot more expensive than anywhere else in the country. If you want big city but don't want the high prices, I recommend Fukuoka in the south. I saw apartments for rent there for USD $200/ month, though $300 is more typical. I paid $400/ month for a nice 12 square meter place (very small). Fukuoka's pretty laid back compared to Tokyo too. And there are far fewer foreigners, if you want to get away from tourists. (Except during cherry blossom season when there's throngs of Chinese tourists). Japan isn't that large of a country so it's only a short flight to Tokyo from Fukuoka if you ever want to visit Tokyo. About 2 hours; I paid ~$50. Flying is faster and cheaper than bullet train. One thing they don't tell you about the bullet trains- half the damn time you're in a tunnel, so you don't see anything anyways. Still a really cool experience to do once though! I lived in Japan for a year and a half so if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them! ^.^
Coruscant was going to be the main focal point for Episode 9 but since Colin Trevarrow dropped out of the project it never came to be. Theres leaked Concept Arts that where going to be in the movie.
Usually ambient noise tracks stop working for me after awhile, but I’ve been listening to this one while falling asleep for at least a month now and and it hasn’t stopped helping or gotten old. All the layers and details are so immersive and the music is perfectly muffled so that it isn’t to distracting but it’s still pleasant to listen to. Also the music choice is fantastic, and has just the right amount of bass. SO GOOD!
-What to buy some death sticks ? - You dont want to sell me death sticks - I dont want to sell you death sticks - You want to go home and re-think your life - I want to go home and re-think my life
Excellent ambientation! I think I can speak for most of us when I say we would love to see more of Coruscant again in Star Wars, like in the new shows for example. Nowadays most of the new stuff is taking place in Tatooine and I feel a story taking place in a mega city like Coruscant would be more exciting, especially with today's visuals 😮
I like how versatile this is. Could also be a cantina on Dromund Kaas or a Mercenary sitting on a dig site outside a Temple on Yavin listening to music from inside. Great work!
I would just like to thank the creator for this gem. It’s been helping me calm my nerves/make my day/make a good morning for about half a year now, and it’s incredible. I’m a huge Star Wars fan and this ambience makes me feel like I’m really THERE 😭🫶🩵
Jacob, this is a fascinating track! I think Coruscant's underground city levels are cool and you've really captured my imagination with this track. I'd love to hear more!
This is a work of art regarding ambience. The obfuscated lower frecuencies of music coming from the inside of another building, the people talking randomly and some clanks and other sfx here and there, everything mixes up so perfectly it truly feels like its actually out the window. Someday you gotta do another one heh.
This is the best coruscant ambience i've ever heard, I think the think that sets it apart is that the music is actually great and fits the tone perfectly 👏
making the background story for my devaronian character in SW RPG, thanks so much for the mix, now I can picture him with more ease. He is going to be an anti Imperial Smuggler in the Empire era.
I can imagine walking down the street, ready to go meet up with an old friend of mine. The pattering of rain calms you as you walk, and you nod to the other people and beings that you pass. It really is a beautiful city, in a way.
I’ve been reading “Jedi twilight” with one device playing rain sounds and the other playing coruscant traffic noises. Can’t believe I didn’t consider this! 😂 Excellent ambiance! I will say, some traffic noises would really help sell the concept if you decide to do a similar video again!
I'm not usually the type of guy to comment, but I've been looking for some really good ambient mixes to write to, and these Star Wars themed ones are really really great. I subscribed, and I hope to see more of this (:
I've listened to this all the way through while working many times in the last few weeks. I figured I should comment and say good job putting this together. - EDIT: Still love this.
If you are refering to the nightclub area in Attack of the Clones. That place was a little different. This one looks like some concept art, but a well made one.
Single-Player Crime/Thriller genre with action and combat equivalent to Max Payne. Settings would be Primarily Coruscant Underworld, Nar Shadaa, and popular shipyards like on Corellia.
it would be a lot cooler in here if the lights moved and it looked like there was somebody, well more than a few ppl walking around on that platform with a flashlight 🔦
*Anakin* "Where are you going, Master?"
*Obi-wan* "....for a drink!"

Tokyo is pretty close to the stereotypical futuristic city feel. If you ever go, hang out in Shinjuku in the rain, it's like this
(best time for rain is mid to late summer)

Plot twist: The "rain" is actually leaking sewage from higher levels.
@SARVAS Only if you post a link so that I can read it. ;)
Nasty F**king Planet.
So my helmet is by no means impractical
Whats a Grand Moff like you doing down here in the underworld
the people down there become crazy without sunlight leading to murders and aggressivity the sun gives you chimical brain food
An underground coruscant highlighting Star Wars nightlife would be an amazing show altogether
They need to make a tv series about Coruscant. Very good music choice in this video.
They were going to, the project was scrapped but there’s still some test footage on youtube.
Apparently Coruscant will appear in Andor
we need an Arcane-quality star wars show about Coruscant, lbr
project was/is called "Star Wars: Underworld"
Coruscant was going to be the main focal point for Episode 9 but since Colin Trevarrow dropped out of the project it never came to be. Theres leaked Concept Arts that where going to be in the movie.
Severely underrated ngl
Glad you enjoyed it!

Dude this is awesome. It literally feels like you are listening in on another world. Music selection is spot on.

This is amazing, I'm listening to this while I'm studying in the room at midnight and it really feels like I'm in the coruscant club.

Cyberpunk 2077 was the closest thing to making me feel this vibe… but still it wasn’t even close.
Bring back 1313
I come back to this gem every now and then. Really nice for empire at war or BF2 games background wise

you gotta make another one of these man, your taste is IMPECCABLE
This reminds me a lot of those "You're in the bathroom of a nightclub in 20XX" videos, which have the muffled nightclub music. I really enjoy those.
Sooo good! I wish there was an 8-10 hour loop of this
you can right click on the video et and tick "loop" option :)
In Android click on three dots in upper right corner click on loop video
This is the best coruscant ambience i've ever heard, I think the think that sets it apart is that the music is actually great and fits the tone perfectly 👏
THESE TRACK SELECTIONS ARE SO SO CHOICE GODDAMN
Imo the only thing to add would be the occasional sound of an airspeeder. But really this is fantastic

You have great taste in music, man. Thank you for introducing me to these artists! Really feels like music you'd here in a Coruscant bar. ❤️
great, another ambience video to fuel my unhealthy star-wars escapism
This is genuinely amazing, got so much of my work done listening to this.
You did an amazing job and you need more views. You have made out Edge of The Empire Tabletop game come alive!
I love listening to this while working! I subbed

this is great! i wanted so much to see more about underworld, is fascinating!
Superb, Jabba is pleased
Will you ever make a second version with new songs? Think I've memorized this one by playing it so much 😆 it's great!!!
Occasionally I get the itch to make another one and have a draft in the works, will get it out soon.
@@JetsetRM legend! Please do!!!! And please keep this background, It really gives it a great atmosphere!
These are excellent I hope you plan on doing more!

Is this the place in AOTC where Jango tries to shoot Padme?
If you are refering to the nightclub area in Attack of the Clones. That place was a little different. This one looks like some concept art, but a well made one.
I wish I could live in starwars more than anything
This is truly amazing!! Is it possible to direct download it? Would love the audio!!

part 2 please!

I absolutely want to go here. And then visit 1313
Cuz you need to give us the playlist. I need this music.
Glad you dig it! Song list is in the description.
Need speeders zooming by and alien languages
*Elan Sel’Sabagno: Would anyone like some Death Sticks?*
I didn’t know that Trippie redd was big on Coruscant 🤙
Wait, how can the lower levels even get rain.
It’s probably leaky sewage lol from the upper levels
