I was watching this video and then my neighbour came and we watched it together. He said that this video changed his life and touched his heart. I then went and rented a projector in a big field and all my villagers watched it and it changed their lives too. We all are so grateful.

I moved to NC, Durham two weeks ago. I will retire in the country. I'm from Philly.
True that. The country where it's at brother. Originally from a rural area, but we settled in my teenage years in jersey. Similar to you, at 25, I went to school or in western PA. My Ole lady joined me naturally. Coming up on almost a decade later and, I'm a coal miner with a 5 year old, and we're settled in West Virginia now, and I'd never go back. It doesn't have to be WV, but once you experience the difference between the city and country, only a crazy person would choose the city. Yesterday my boy and I went fishing and he played in the creek about 4 hours. It's one of the best days I can remember with him, and he'll remember it the rest of his life. Summer just started but so far we fish or do something outdoors every day.. Can't do that in the cirty brother.

Man. Got a big family but we were never super close. Both sides of my family are more practical and anylitic as far as emotions. No baking cookies with grandma or fishing trips with grandpa i can remember. That being said it amazes me that your family and core friend group are still so close. It's amazing. Even when there's 100 different people its"family". And to top it off all of theses strong and togeather black people are business owners and doing ok without a care in the world. Yall are amazing and you might as well be a superhero to young black men and fathers like me. Showing us the proper way a family in general should operate. Thank you Arthur
Art this was BEAUTIFUL to see all of our folks coming out to have a good time with no drama. I’m from The Bronx, Tarrytown NY now in Orangeburg SC. I’m going to try my best to come to your cook off in June so I can meet you and Gissum and rest of your family and friends. I will enjoy the ribs and chicken all day I already now. I must get some of Gissum rub to bring back home ✊🏾.
