    John, quick question. Can I fry the sausage when using the 30 mm Fresh Collagen Casing? Thank you! Great videos!

      Yes, just make sure you don't start at "frying" temps. you want the meat to be warmer when it starts interacting with 350° plus temps or the casing will burst. So, in general, I like natural casings better for pan frying.
