this is so sad kokichi is one of my favorite characters because he's very interesting and difficult to understand but i think when he was on his deathbed, he probably realized just how alone he really was because of his actions

If you think it's a trace because of the fact they match the style, it's easy to mimic styles once you've studied said style Multiple poses and pictures that are shown haven't been shown in the game, so the majority towards the end is hand drawn.
