I loved this video. I remember hearing all about these back in the mid to late 2000s.
Once the screamer era of myths started I didn't believe any of these myth
I never believed in bigfoot, leatherface and other myths in San Andreas.
The desert grave on the other hand is nowadays hinted to be a part of deleted mission for Tenpenny. There is a code in the game for the hole digging minigame. Datamining shed quite some light on many things in SA.
But there is still a significant amount of weird stuff in SA you can visit in every version of the game, like that large building in the desert, biohazard well in countryside or mentioned empty cabins (with exception of the one at Mount Chilliad that was for mission purpose). Those are examples of really unexplained places until this day
I felt a fight or flight instinct take me over and scroll down to the comments section the second the Ghost Car clip started.

The mass grave in the desert in Las Venturas is explained in the GTA San Andreas: The Introduction.
It's a mob grave for all the guys the mob in Venturas killed.
That's just not a solid theory in my opinion. They were digging a hole. Then after they thre an uncovered body in, they started digging again.
Also, the mob usually doesn't leave their mass graves open for people to come by and check out.
I believe the lady on the radio straight up confirms shes behind those bags based off her truck and the number of body bags compared to her several ex husbands she doesn't speak too kindly of.
But hey been a long time since I've played the game. A cool/creepy detail from rockstar.
The place where they bury the guy doesn't match up with the mass grave, as the mass grave is surrounded by cliffsides

Myths and legends. Honestly one of my favorite things about the GTA Series. Back then, you'd hear about all sort of things from CJ's mom ghost all the way to Bigfoot. But there's never evidence to prove they were real, or fake. (Unless it's obvious BS like CJ in GTA V.)
The thing is, they weren't all lies. For example, there's the "haunted cars" in San Andreas that tries to run you down. Or the $uicidal photographer who takes a picture, and slowly walks into the water before immediately drowning each time you pass the same exact spot.
Now, some of them had boring explanations like how the ghost cars in San Andreas are just cars that roll down hills because of bad spawns, accidentally hitting you. But the unknown did add to the mystery. It gave the players the urge to go out there and explore. Which unfortunately is where GTA V dropped the ball with basic stuff like the PNG of a ghost, or complete the game 100% to see UFOs. Thankfully, Red Dead Redemption 2 brought back myths and made them better than ever.
The unfortunate part with the internet being so common, myths become like common news, and we no longer have that sense of mystery anymore.
Kinda sad you didn't mention things like the Ghost Train from San Andreas or the Sprunk Factory Ghost from 4, both of which i remember from around 2009-2013 or so.

I remember encountering a "ghost" spartan in the beta of Halo Infinite, it was probably just a glitch but it reminded me of the Ghost of Lockout myth from Halo 2

I appreciate you not actually putting any of the screamers in the video, because I remember getting tricked back then with a San Andreas screamer about CJ's mom.
I'll admit I was very tempted to have the face when I showed the Samantha Maxis one to do a zoom in transition (silent) as a troll, but decided against it after considering the outcomes
I absolutely despise this phase of jumpscares, hell i even remember stumbling upon a video of nfs ug2, just some video of some driving and then BAM a screamer, it made paranoid and check each and every video's ending for that stuff, thankfully not anymore
I think the most random screamer I ever encountered was on a Mario Head meme, from my memories it was the Mario Head singing, then at the end goes to a black screen for about 4 seconds and then a screamer appears

Myths in gta games are always fun to talk about
It’s amazing how something long debunked can still feel like there’s more mystery surrounding it which is where the thrill in talking about comes
To me, it's the GTA version of finding out origins of those memes/creepypastas that everyone knows but no one really knows the origins. (ie Jeff the Killer, the OG Backrooms etc etc)
