The only way I see Paro wining is if Matias can't stand up to his punches, if Paro stands a trade he will be outgunned because Matias has a fast hand and throws punches in bunches he has a great chin cut off the ring well too so Paro have to make sure pop and move for twelve rounds.

Matias was never knocked down the ref gave him a standing count but he wasnt seriously hurt. paros is getting knocked out not on the same level.
