This incubator has a automatic egg turner, its a less work for breeders to manually turn eggs 3-4 times a day, i use synchronous motor for the egg turner, i doubt that motor can lift the weight but it really does the work.
i use 4 pieces 40 watts incandescent bulb for the source of the heat.

I think to increase hatch rate u shud not include fan in the termostat but instead u shud plug it directly so your fan is working all the time non stop to make temperature the same all sides inside

an awesome build and an excellent show case of your talents. I converted a non working under the counter wine cooler into a incubator and hatching room. Thanks again for the video, you've given me several ideas to use when I upscale my next build.
i recommend used digital timer switch..so when your forget to turn the eggs atleast you can set the time for how many minutes or hours you want it to turn on..but it just turns on only one set time
what do u prefer 12v or 220 v digital timer ?

You should think about meshing your water revoir, that way you don't have accidental drowning. What I mean it put a 1/4 inch caging mesh over the top with a lip going all the way around so it can't be knocked off or slide around. This will allow the chicks that jump out to be able to walk around on it but not fall into the water.
I like how you made simple the motor turning system it has been my main challenge in doing a low cost automatic turning machine. Awesome
A linear actuator with a timer to tilt the egg tray every 8 to 12 hours would be sweet. Great video, thanks.

That's a low hatching rate though but atleast you were honest

How do you control humidity ? Is there any module that can do A if humidity is high or X when humidity is low ?
I found a device that heats up the water and makes humidity to increase and just add a fun that brings air from outside to decrease humidity. I need a controller to control it though

Great work. Just need to cover the egg baskets to prevent the hatchlings from falling into the water.
No you take them out 2-3 days before the hatching day. Put them in a hatching cabinet
Ok, i thought you were using the machine as both incubator and hatcher.
@@gibsonchandia4765 if people do that. Then they stitch the eggs to baskets any way. Don't hatch them I the egg trays. They won't be able to walk
