I am deeply disappointed by the present Supreme Court's cowardly retreat, it is running away from doing the right thing.
پاکستان کی عدلیہ دنیا کی بدترین عدلیہ میں کیوں شمار ہوتی ہے۔ پہلے عدلیہ اپنی پوزیشن کو صحیح کرے پھر ان کی بات پر اعتبار کیا جائے گا۔

Why didn't the judges use their powers before writing and publishing their letter? What can the Supreme Court do that the judges could not do themselves using their constitutional powers. By the way judges are not immune from surveilance, should any be suspected of anti state or corrupt practices. Even the President and PM are not immune.

These are six youthiya judges appointed by Gen. Faiz and they followed his line like mindless youthiyas. Now ISI changed its party but these judges are confused whom to follow.

مسئلہ یہ بھی ہے کہ ججز کیا کرتے رہے ہیں۔ وہ استعمال ہوئے تو غلطی کیا انکی اپنی بھی نہیں۔
The real essence of the complaint by the six judges is about the intervention in the judicial affairs by the ISI contained with other sisters issues being faced these complainant during the course of their official duties. Now the order issues by the S.C. seems to be phras like "saying chochi to roti" clearly indicated the dirty whims of the issuer.
Even and otherwise, Qazi Essa is seeing the said complaint in the perspective of PTI benefit which will be opposed at every cost and risk by the said Qazi has succeeded to achieve highest level in the history's page of the Book with black words.
I think SCP should get approval from MJ and other similar utubers before issuing any order.
Qazi intention is big question mark.

Pl comment honestly whether the issue is interference of agencies in judicial matters or it is interference of agencies against a political parties that judges are Not in romance with while earlier the romance of agencies and judges was for same political entity

Whether civil servant is from berucracy, army or judiciary. Current practice is against the principle of social justice and equalancy of all citizens provisions I the constitution of Pakistan.
