Expanse is a reflective, emotional piano soundscape track. It features a very soulfully performed solo piano with a rich tape delay providing the groove of the piece. This is accompanied by very light swells of ambient pad tones and reverse effects that give a pensive yet peaceful air to the music.
This is a piece I improvised on piano with the felt down running through a massive cascading tape delay. I loved the sound that resulted as it is rich and warm with a really emotional quality. I hope you enjoy.
