I have till now worked on ServiceNow Incident management but want to upgrade my profile to Problem management role..right now my contract got over with the company and now I am searching for a job..can I learn problem management processes through your videos and other videos on UA-cam and update my resume mentioning that I have worked on Problem management and apply for it?
Please prepare some scenarios as well , they will ask such questions and if you have implementing and operational experience you can apply anywhere and clear the interview

Maybe the patch management is deactivated and that is the actual cause. And the missing patch is only the trigger for the fault. this would not be a sustainable management problem
Well, in this case, this is an organisational decision. Ideally, we create change to prevent recurrence, but if there is no resolution, you have to either ignore it and send proper communication to stakeholders. You can afford this if the issue is small and does not have much impact.
if impact is high, then you need to deactivate it or find an alternative solution. All these things ITIL leaves in the capable hands of process and product managers.
