Im a mobile player and you are one of the only youtubers i saw that made a mobile version of tank tracks
it is very easy you have to have experience in mobile babft
Just place a lever, connect all the wheels to the lever,place a boat motor and connect it to the seat, it will turn, or if you have a pilot seat you can also use that

for mobile you should probably use a pilot seat and a switch for the wheels to move around, that is what i did

You Can Remove The Middle Button And Bind Every Wheel To The Seat To Move Forward And Backward Without Reverse Spin And Keep And The Other 2 Buttons For Right And Left

very good tutorial it helped me to build it.
If ur mobile and don't like the controls you can place a camera to a 3rd person pov and put the buttons and switches in front of the camera to make like buttons
Tip : you can do this Better on mobile by using ice blocks for the tracks and using a boat motor for it to steer

I made one with 12 wheels on both sides and when i push the lever that makes it go out to tighten the tracks then move forward it the back 2 breaks off

insane build man just one thing the springs jam on smth thats not there and i tryed turning of collisen and playing around for a little bit but nothing seems to works any tips or tricks on how to fix this?

It works, but there is a bug in my saves, when i appear the track the pistons are already activated and it brokes all, what i can do about that?
If you want to make mobile conversion easier use the boat motors
I like the Tracks but you only need to buttens for mobile because we can go forwards and backwords

What’s the reason to add the 4 horizontal springs connected to the hinges under the chassis between the tank tracks?

Im having trouble when launching because it sticks together with the hinges instead of falling down. Any recommendations?

Guys is it just me or is 108 hinges not enough for cloning tracks because when I did it said "not enough blocks" when I had 44 hinges after I built the other one so am a bit confused

these tracks are cool but the controls sucks. when i press w to ride, it doesnt want to go unless i hold e while holding w... yet when i do that, i keep spinning instead of driving forward...
edit: i actually think i know what i have done wrong. if that matters, i didnt made tracks symetrical.
edit 2: bruh i had one part connected with the spring... now it works as i fixed it

For people wondering how to make WASD driveable: Put the wheel that is furthest back and furthest forward on both sides to W = forward and S = Backward. For the 3 wheels on both sides put the right tracks 3 wheels to A = Forward And S = Backward. For the 3 wheels on the other side put D = Forward and S = Backward. And there u have it!
(NOTE THIS WILL GIVE UP SOME SPEED!) [To make the speed when driving forward being the same as normal just hold W A D (Not S)]

Works perfectly but it vibrates like it’s gonna freeze to death. The vibration gets worse the longer it stays still and the whole tank vibrates.
Engines would do that so just pretend its for realism

My tank treds keep slipping off the back wheels, it could be the fact i made the gaps between the treds a bit bigger

i really somebodys help, the springs keep jamming on something that seems to be invisible. when i move forward after a few seconds the TRACKS just stop, not the wheels, the tracks. ive looked and editied everything that could be making this issue but i cant seem to find it. any idea whats going on???

I recommend using a boat motor. More boat motors will be more powerful.

I do that but when u use them there's 3 problems
1. The tracks fall out more often
2. U can't wallclimb with them because the moment u try to do so your tracks will fall out
3. Its either too fast or too slow
@@Snickers-ev8hv make the wheels slower or the tracks thicker or both and make the tracks have more friction
