eddy's strengths: harmonics, vibrato sound, keeping in tune, polishing techniques in practice
this was a great video!! it's very cool to see how they both practice individually; you can see how eddy focuses on polishing a smaller part of the piece while brett focuses on learning as much of the piece as he can. you can also tell how eddy rushes a lot in the beginning despite catching himself the first time, and brett as actually shocked with himself when he performed the harmonics (9:55 - 9:58).
i'd love to see more videos like this, showing us how they are as individual musicians!

You can see their frustration, but at the same time they're enjoying the experience. Practicing, making mistakes, and learning in general doesn't have to be a miserable experience. Knowing that you'll come to master whatever you're practicing is well worth all the little frustrations.

To use practice in a sentence:" This practice is used by everybody." To use practise in a sentence," You must practise this frequently to be able to excel in this." So, YOU are the one who must learn. Dont ever think what u think is always right. This is literally BASIC ENGLISH. And you don't even know it.

This piece took me on an internet journey today... I'd watched a video of a violinist playing it _years_ ago, and loved it, back when I barely knew anything about classical music. I was thinking about it recently, but I couldn't remember its name or melody at all, so I had to conclude that I'd just never find it again. Then today out of nowhere, UA-cam recommends me exactly this piece... exactly the same video I'd watched years ago, of Midori Goto playing it, was right there at the top of my homepage, solely because I've been watching a lot of TwoSet & Hilary & Ray's videos lately. So basically thanks TwoSet, I just rediscovered a piece I thought I'd never find again, without even searching for it... And then I see they made a video playing it! So I simply had to leave a comment, even if nobody will see or read it. It's such a tiny thing, but this just made my morning!
Also, they played so well for only 15 minutes of practice. I already knew they were good at sight-reading, but dang.
