99% of the time, yes. I like Martin, but he took things WAY to far when he took it upon himself to take that job before he even knew what was going on. Normally, he's a great father (I guess father wise he still is), but on this, he's 1000% to blame!

But most of the time it rarely is..and for 1964 way before Bewitched and I Dream Of Jeannie did it... It was way advanced for effects... Not to mention Patty Duke's incredly subtle brilliance in creating two absolutely different characters which over time you absolutely forget that they are really one actress
Umnot sure I like seeing Cathy as a"second prize". Even getting the corsage that was originally for Kathy. Richard should have two corsages. It seems like a lack of respect.
In the top three of T.V dads, in my book...

Bobby Vinton was 28 in this episode! He looks 18 to me. 😅
Great post! Love Bobby Vinton in it!
Geez. William Schallert was a whopping 41 years old. I guess that was “getting along” back then.

I use to watch this growing up, I'm glad I was too young to pick up on Patty's ways of being a gold digger and a unfaithful partner. Lol
