This is one of those stories that will remind you why you love cars.
Callum Orbell always wanted a 300ZX and when the right one came along, he jumped on it and slowly restored it to his high standards. And then it was stolen.
Heartbreakingly, the temporary owners destroyed the car, but Callum managed to get it back and immediately set about bringing it back to its former glory - in fact, he made it even better.
In all our years shooting the special privately-owned cars of South Africa, this is one of the finest restorations we've ever seen.
And many people agree, so many people were impressed by his 300ZX that Callum has managed to start a business restoring JDM cars.

It’s cool to see a 2+2 TT built. Everyone isn’t he states focuses so heavily on the 2+0, seemingly regardless of whether they specifically want a TT or just go with NA. They always go for 2+0. I think there’s a lot to be said for how sleek the extra few inches are and what it does for the body lines on a 2+2. Plus (and I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea) but the longer wheelbase and longer body really make a widebodied Z32 look amazing. So visually domineering.
I think the 2+2 is the only one that was available in South Africa
There was always something about the 2+2 that didn’t seem right to me. And then I saw one with a stock 95 rear wing added to it. That brought it together for me.

Fortunate to have seen the car in the flesh - its staggering! It really is in the top 1 percentile, i could sit and look at it for hours! The owner is a legend too, a real petrol-blooded car enthusiast, who is always available for a chat and to offer advice and help.
The car, the story, the turbo noise when he lifts the accelerator is just superb.
Love the story behind everything. Passion and dedication. Probably my favorite video yet for a build.

I had a red beauty 1991 bought it new (twin turbo) added about 20k tuning to it (heavy breather), and it had pull like today's Teslas. I lost it around and a telephone pole in the rain 21 years ago. I don't remember the crash but I totally remember the car and having such a great car. The classic joke, I got a Jeep after my accident and all my friends said, what are you driving the for, get a Nissan they are safer.

I love my Z32. . I painted it 350z chrome silver, Wings West body kit, Racing Hart m5, 235/18 front 275/18 rear. Greedy sp2 exhaust with Megan racing test pipes. I get laid off or fired every time I drive it to work, no shtttt. I’m sitting at home looking for a job now cuz I just got laid off this week after I drove it. People get really emotional when they see my ride. At least the police give me thumbs up all the time.

There’s a 90 TT with 40k sitting in my dad’s garage. Haven’t been running for years due to some manifold leak. Thinking of bringing it back to life but any idea the cost it would be? Yrs ago dealer said it’ll be at least 5k but Im assuming more now?
