In Samoa and other south Pacific areas, the 'g' is pronounced "ng". Another rugby example is Cokanasiga ("Cokana-sing-a"). So "Tui-lang-i" is correct. The commentators are spot on .

And the 'C" is pronounced 'Th" so pronounced: 'Thokanasinga'. Like legend Fijian speedster Rupeni(Caucau....) pronounced: 'Thaothao' 😊
