Only reason someone would oppose a bill that strengthens enforcement against “non citizens” voting, is if they WANTED “non citizens” VOTING.

Did you ignore everything else that is in the CR? Cutting $11 billion from eduction and laying off 72,000 teachers, cuts to housing and prohibiting fair housing laws? It starts at 2 minutes 8 seconds. It seems like you didn’t actually listen to what is in the proposal. Republicans are trying to make it seem like voting is the only thing they’re trying to help. Also, people aren’t voting in elections illegally. The Heritage Foundation says on their own website that there’s only been 24 incidents of illegal immigrants voting in the past 20 years. The reason Democrats don’t want this bill to pass is because 9% of people don’t have the necessary documentation to prove they’re a citizen on hand, so it would discourage millions of people from voting easily. Illegal voting is not happening, it’s a lie. You can look it up
