She already called Luffy by his name before. It was Oda's way of showing her getting attached little by little. I can't tell you with certainty when the first time was, but I know she uses his name at least once in Skypiea.

I love Nami vs Khalifa fight! I appreciate how Oda writes Nami and Usopp's fights. Since they are the least skilled characters in combat, they focus a lot on tactics. Fata Morgana is one of my favorite techniques in the series and damn, Thunder Lance is brutal. Also, Zoro acts all cool and then comes out with stupid things like Nose Storm. And now it's finally time for Monster Trio. Ps.Spandam should spend his life eating his own shit through a straw for what he's put Robin through in just these last three episodes.
"Its not a prediction, its a forecast" is still one of namis HARDEST lines in the whole series, especially with that beat drop at the same time. idk why but i always get chills when she says it. i wish she had time to be in the spotlight more often, because i just looooove her way of fighting and the way shes so cocky sometimes!
I know why you get chills. First of all, the line on itself is fire. Secondly, the voice acting in One Piece is just on a different level, they are amazing actors, and I've watched 6 different dubs (in 3 different languages: 4Kids's and FUNimation's in English, Brazilian Portuguese, old version from Spain (haven't checked the new one yet), and both LatAm Spanish versions (first one was a redub from 4Kids, new one is Netflix's)), and none of them even comes close to the original Japanese cast. And finally, One Piece music is amazingly good too, and always on point to what the scene is trying to convey.
