An honorable mention (and my personal favorite) is The Crawler's Slide-N-Glide from MHA Vigilantes.
What started as simply moving as fast as a bike has evolved into all of these: speed faster than Ingenium, moving up walls, creating energy blast that either hit or pierce through objects, basically running on air/flying, creating small barriers to protect himself from nearly anything, and creating his own energy knuckledusters that have IMMENSE power (not on the level of All Might though).
@Chicken Nugget apparently Horikoshi wanted Midoriya to get a weak quirk instead of a powerful one. Like Koichi, his story would be about building it up to become super powerful
@Chicken Nugget that's fair. My favorite thing about Vigilantes is that it shows how much potential quirks really have and shows natural progression over time unlike the main series
I remember the first person to ever have a quirk is the light baby. Too bad it's never explored. Imagine if the baby had a twin and the twin wields the power of darkness, and together, both twins created the world that we know of today.

More honorable mentions
Fierce Wings (Hawks)- crazy amount of versatility, through extreme speed and range, this quirk is one of the strongest support type only held back by low offense.
Pop Off (Mineta)- sticky projectiles strong enough to hold All Might.
Creation (momo)- God like quirk only limited by imagination, momo is smart and tactical but imagine if she took a support course.
Foresight (Nighteye)- seeing the future is always useful
Manifest (Suneater)- Extremely versatile and could be taken further if he ate extra regional delicacies, like rattle snake and pufferfish. Imagine if he turned cannabal and started eater other quirk users.
Transform (toga)- Psuedo all for one plus disguise ability
Hellflame (Endeavor): is letting him go toe to toe with All for One currently.
Stress (Re destro): Full power made him comparable to All Might in strength
Super Regeneration (Nomu)- I don’t even need to explain this
Momo's quirk is limited. she can only create thing proportionate to the amount of food she eats since food powers her creation quirk similar to sugar rush who is powered by the amount of sugar he ingests.
Explosion (katsuki)
Um......... Stress didn't made Re-Destro comparable to All Might, it made him comparable to Deku at 20%.
Also, if we consider the spin-offs, then the following are the most powerful I have seen:
Overclock: Gives user the ability to stimulate brain to superhuman levels and increases their physical prowess temporarily. If trained correctly it is one of the strongest quirks in MHA.
Reflect: Reflects user attacks back at them with full force and allows user to use the force and increase their own attacks temporarily.
Metal Manipulation: No explanation needed. Strong enough to hold a weakened All Might, and that also due to Amplification Device.
Helical Scythe: Grant user the ability to create tendrils from their fingers, which are strong enough to break through ice and control the elements around the tendrils.
Weather Manipulation And Chimera too.
Decay is actually pretty verstile now that it can be controlled and it can nullify physical force if decay touches the point of impact of that force
I feel that Todoroki Fire & Ice,Bakugos Combustion, and Tokoyami Shadow Bird should be on the list
They COULD but not should. They have versatility but compared to the other quirks here, they don’t have nearly the “unfair” aspect that they have. Most of these quirks have a one hit aspect to them, sometimes without even training. They are strong but not as op as the ones here

Icy Hot limits himself too much to make the list. Bakugo on the other hand should be on it. And I can't stand Bakugo. Tokoyami is in the right place as an honorable mention.
Bakugo should deff be on the list his quirk is so under-rated.
@@bmoreblondie6301 yeah Bakugo should be on there given the list that he provided. Explosion is incredibly versatile with the way Bakugo uses it. Todoroki should also definitely be on the list. He literally has defensive and offensive aspects of any fight. The ability to burn people alive or freeze them on the cellular level is crazy, if you don't have regeneration you're done for.
I'm honestly surprised Momo's quirk creation wasn't even mentioned. She can create quite literally any non living thing which offers EXTREME versatility, she may lack in raw destructive power like shigaraki but she can easily make a nuclear bomb or even quirk destroying bullets.
In the hands of a villain not only could she do physical damage to the world such as a nuke, she could also collapse the economy by creating identical goods or even money itself, she'd also be valuable to the criminal undergeound as she could create drugs, trigger, support items, any weapon, or even launder money.
Horikoshi even said that he changed his mind on making Momo a pro hero because it would be too overpowered. (He also said he made a mistake in her quirk description early on, she can in fact create organic objects, just not living ones as shown when she created Mr. Aizawa's scarf which is a carbon fiber material.)

P.S. I think Manifest and Half-Cold Half-Hot deserve more credit, but that's just me.
He rates battle potential. If you rate utility there are many quirks that stand out like creation. And many quirks are useless if you're not fighting. Like decay for example.

I don't think she can make quirk destroying bullets. And she has to know everything about an object to create it, so a complex object like a nuclear bomb... I don't know.

I'd argue that the mushroom quirk could be OP for a antagonist they could actually kill anyone without them doing anything
A really under rated power is Mineta’s pop off, numerous non lethal but powerful restraining projectiles

It's also scarry how one could accidentally land on your face and constrict your breathing.
It would probably still lose in most of the fights. To let someone stick to Minetas balls he'd have to throw it right under his foot and even then, the person could just slip out of their show or for someone like Shigaraki possibly destroy the ball. It does not have a very far range and for people who are fast it is nearly impossible to stick them to the ground. The user can bounce of them but they also have to throw the balls first in a perfect way and in that time the enemy has probably already moved. There really aren't many uses I can think of other than maybe a whip for a bit more range or something
Imagine if afo had every quirk on this list and mixed them together 💀, or if ofa had the best of there quirks stockpiled into either one getting the quirks on the list combined would be almost unstoppable
Obviously ain’t watch every thing yet but if you’re going to have the user’s skill as a metric , you might as well just call it the top 10 strongest characters imo, I wouldn’t have Permeation at 10 when considering the average person.
I think todoroki fire/ice should be above acid and compress, it has far greater range so they wouldn’t even be able to get close enough to him and he can pretty much create an ice wall big enough to block there attacks

That’s really cool. Never thought of that before but now that you mention it they really do have a lot in common and are pretty much polar opposites
I still believe that OFA is a powerful and unique Quirk/Superpower in Mha especially having Quirks from the past users even with them living inside it but imagine having the power to copy and combine Evolved Quirks(any type) over their limits including OFA itself kinda like Amazo from Justice league, now that would be awesome.
Hopefully we get to see that in later chapters.

I am curious on how Mr compressed became a villain, his physical abilities are amazing for somebody that quirk have nothing to do with that, he’s not a mutant, and it’s the perfect quirk for being a hero, it both stops villains in a quick, and peaceful way, and imprison them at the same time. He could even save a large group of civilians from almost any danger by taking them to safety in large groups, limited by the amount of marbles he can carry in his pockets.
Not everyone with a heroic seeming quirk becomes a hero, and same goes for seemingly evil quirks like brainwashing being a hero
@@Lumistrocity yes, but the theme of the series is that villains are created by people judging you off of your quirk, and if you look different or have a villainous quirk everybody will treat you like one. The killer whale hero was chosen as the villain because of his appearance. Gentle criminal became a villain because he was not smart enough to be in UA or any hero school.

Love the content you usually put out, especially the i luv u at the end of every vid, but I can't say i agree with most of the rankings in this video. I don't think it'd easy to do a top 10 cause of how diverse the mha quirk universe and characters are. And there's too many factors to take into account. Felt like there was more information that could've been put for some of the characters mentioned, and honestly, a top 50 would be easier to do than top 10 again cause it's complicated af. You normally go into way more depth so I felt this one lacked a little in terms of that. Regardless, luv u too and keep making more (top 50 would be awesome)
The fact that Hellflame wasnt even considered is a crime. given everything we've seen Endeavor do with it, it absolutely deserves a place
Its the same as permeation, its true strength came from the sheer tenacity of its weilder, the sheer variety of techniques
@@tomcruickshank7725 Prominence Burn by itself should at least have brought it into consideration. Hellflame is truly king when it comes to fire quirks, and aside from All Might, it grants Endeavor raw power not seen in the other top ten heroes

Facts, I would 100 percent put HellFlame over acid or compress. Im suprised HalfHot/HalfCold wasnt considered as well. Its fuckin fire and ice simultaneously

I’m genuine shocked Todoroki’s Icy-Hot and Bakugo’s Explosion on aren’t here towards the mid-tier. Todoroki was specifically born with a quirk that allows not only for a powerful destructive and versatile ability, but the normal drawbacks are canceled out by the other side of the quirk. And Bakugo utilizes his explosion quirk with a ton of versatility and it packs a power.
I am shocked Todoroki half cold half hot didn't make it in but Acid made into top 8, like how? Todoroki can use his ice to capture his enemies and for defense and his fire can burn down pretty much anything, not to mention the drawbacks of both quirk cancel out each other. And if he ever learns to be able to use his fire to basically fly like endeavor he would be crazy, how the hell is Todoroki quirk not versatile?
Zero Gravity is op look at how toga used it, imagine if uraraka got like a really big hammer but made it feel weightless but still packed a punch. Imagine if she could lift a whole building waitless and just yeet it. Its so underated
having Overhaul so low is insane to me, he is literally God able to take, give or even create life. putting him one step above friggin Mina is just.....it's just weird. it is so much more powerful than i'd say just about anything aside from AFO and OFA and puts New Order to shame a thousand times over.
hell nah. new order is definitely above that. new order had so much potential and could've taken out shigaraki but stars and stripes wasted one of her two slots of abilities mimicing all mights strength. she could've literally though of any other power that would've worked against shigaraki but she was too much of an all might fangirl. overhauls ability only works on those he physically touches with his hands. if you're fast enough to dodge him and cut his hands off or just simply have an intangible quirk or have a powerful ranged quirk he cant do anything. Endeavor could literally decimate him with his FlashFire fist from a distance and overhaul wouldn't be able to do anything. We've clearly seen this in his fight with deku and that dude with the permeation quirk. if you can't keep out of range of his hands you could beat him easily. His power is op but it has a clear weakness. new order is only limited by the uses imagination.
If Aizawa just looked at overhaul he’d be done considering chi’s Ali was wrecked by mirio without a quirk, now imagine a quirkless overhaul against a martial artist like Aizawa
New order higher and rewind but other than that

Overhaul is easily a top 5 quirk. Not many can beat him in the series, even in the current manga.
I believe Overhaul is #1.
Overhaul can gain control over other Quirks by fusing himself with others.
Hr also has full control over enviroment.

Overhaul is so much better than decay it's ridiculous. Overhaul doesn't need an infection time, it just destroys. And unlike decay, overhaul can repurpose the things that it destroys. If we're talking about quirks and not users of those quirks, overhaul is probably one of if not the most useful emitter quirk.
I don't think the re-assembling side would heal a decaying damage.

Finally, someone who acknowledges how overpowered Compress is. So insanely versatile. Both that and Overhaul should be higher on the list, Overhaul should be top 4 at least, it's literally Rewind but better. Also Twice's quirk should be on here. Also nice to see that you acknowledge that All For One is objectively the best, as it can be any and all of the others on the list
How can you not even have bakugo as an honorable mention? Let alone to have Mina ashido actually on the list. Both characters have trained extensively to overcome their weaknesses and to use their relatively one note quirks in unique and versatile ways.
Mina can melt hand and footholds into walls to climb nearly any surface, in a similar way she can use her acid as a lubricant to slide and run at faster speeds.
Bakugo can use his explosions to propel himself, essentially flying. Doing such he can move both vertically and horizontally at much greater speeds than Mina is capable of.
Mina can shoot projectiles, block projectiles (to some extent, I’m sorry a little wave of acid won’t stop bullets…)
Bakugo can also shoot projectiles and can block projectiles (again in fairness I don’t think an explosion could really stop a bullet especially considering the explosion happens instantly and fades instantly so timing a bullet…)
In no way am I saying that Mina and her quirk would not be a powerful threat or a deterrent to any lower end villains, it absolutely would. I know I don’t want to rob a bank if it means being melted alive by acid.
Bakugo in a similar manner IS a powerful force for any villain to overcome and would be a very similar deterrent to villains because just like my fear of being melted alive I also don’t want to get blown up or god forbid partially blown up which is honestly a worse option.
I know you don’t want to take training into account too much to gauge the power of a quirk by itself, but Mina trained to be able to produce her acid at the concentration she uses for combat, if it hadn’t been trained it would be a mild acid like you use in middle school science classes. Likewise bakugo’s explosions were very minor and were trained up to his moves like howitzer impact. Training really does define both of their quirks and I’m sorry but Mina has settled in ranks near tenya iida while bakugo is constantly pushing deku and keeping up with him whilst having the most powerful quirk. Bakugo’s raw power refined through training is closer in scale to decay (which was grown by training and manipulation by shigaraki and dr. Garaki) than it is to Mina’s raw power.
TLDR I know but still. Making a point with clear evidence takes words and time
The problem of this list is the fact that he doesnt consider the training, the good thing of quirk are the fact that they always grow stronger or better like if you train your body in the gim and its not fair to compare in a bodybuilding contest only the body youve started to go gim with
He's ranked acid over explosions, not Ashido over Bakugo...
Imagine how overpowered Overhaul would be if he actually got genuine training on his quirk like in the UA facilities but still ended up as a villain
Actually he has a lot of training with his quirk because he use it constantly and he has done a lot of underground fight but he lacks on physical training
Explosion isn't even in the honorable mentions and bakugo is fuming

all for one , one for all, stars and stripes, Dragon, creation, rewind, hot/cold, overhaul, decay , twice quirk definitely top ten
I'm sorry, I love Plot Armour but I disagree HEAVILY with some of the things on this list.
First of all, I can't see how Overhaul is a worse quirk than Rewind. It does everything Rewind does, with the added benefit of being able to restructure everything around the user.
Second, Half Hot Half Cold is an incredibly versatile quirk. It has the potential to do everything that Endeavor can do, PLUS create pretty much anything Shoto wants using ice. We just witnessed Shoto freeze over an entire town square dude. And Shoto has the potential to do this nigh infinitely.
Third, where is Bakugo's Explosion quirk? His quirk packs a debatably harder punch than Shoto's, it grants him immense speed, and he can fly. In terms of versatility, Explosion has got that in spades.
I'm puzzled by Hellflame's lack of presence on this list, given how Endeavour became Japan's Number 1 hero (post All-Might ofc) with that quirk. And I think Dabi's quirk probably deserves an honorable mention for it's raw destructive power.
I simply don't see how, Compress, Brainwash, or Acid particularly deserve a spot over Shoto or Bakugo, when their quirks allow them to do everything Mina's can do on a WAY larger scale. Mina can melt people, but Bakugo can blow them up and Shoto can incinerate OR solidify them. Same goes for Compress and Brainwash which have MAJOR stipulations to their effectiveness.
Other quirks that could be on this list are Lady Nagant's Rifle, Hawk's Fierce Wings, Momo's Creation, Edgeshot's Foldabody is super underrated, Re-Destro's Stress, like a bajillion other quirks. It's really hard to narrow it down to a Top 10, but I think these quirks are far better than a few presented on this list.
Other than that the list is valid. There are just some glaringly absent quirks imo, and some that don't really deserve a presence on this list even though they're undeniably powerful quirks.
I'm gonna leave multiple replies cause it's easier.
Rewind definitely doesn't deserve that spot on the list but it's definitely stronger than Overhaul, Overhaul has little weaknesses however Rewind has more power, not only does it have way more potential but it's ability is way more powerful, Overhaul may be able to control matter and combine himself Rewind with physical touch can reverse the process and instantly reverse the process it's a battle between potential really.
Icyhot definitely should be on this list.
I disagree Hellfire and Cremation are both worse than Icyhot so if any quirk out of them should be here it's Icyhot. Explosion on the other hand I'd still say that do to the versatility I'd give it to Icyhot
Shinso definitely deserves to be here but Acid that's very very wrong and I'd also say yes Icyhot may be better than Compress
Out of all the quirks on the list I'd say most are the best with few exceptions that definitely deserve to be here (not any you mentioned)

I think OFA can also steal quirks, all Deku has to do is consume the original user's DNA. The only good or bad thing; depending on the situation, is that, there would still be left overs of the stolen quirk with the original user, which would gradually fade away.
I think in the end ofa might fuse with the afo quirk and fully merge with deku or they will merge and destroy each other at the end of the series and deku might end up with star and stripes new order quirk as a replacement. Remember that stars and stripes quirk is still in shigaraki which is why shigaraki still hasnt absorbed any more quirks because stars and stripes rigged her quirk to destroy any quirk shigaraki tries to steal so shigaraki has only been relying on his evolved body to fight in the recent chapters. If the afo and ofa quirk are destroyed by the end of this I think the new order quirk in shigaraki would merge with deku as a replacement since that power can replicate the super strength of ofa and so much more which is how stars and stripes was as strong as all might.
If compresses his power with a BB gun yeah it'll probably be stronger but it's not as hard as other people's powers they have the potential to be much powerful than it seems to be because using a BB gun for a compressor's powers yeah that will make it even more stronger think about it what if you use a van or a truck.
If creation was in the hands of a villain that quirk would be atleast top 3! Imagine creating a nuclear warhead. Practically an unlimited amount of support items. Drones for air support equipped with bombs. Insane money making potential. Other than OFA/AFO and New order that would be the quirk I'd choose!
the most underrated quirk and im serious about this one but its twin impact its currently used by Nirengeki Shoda. ill make it short. I know that twin impact isnt that strong but just imagine if someone like all for one or Nine take it because how twin impact works is that when you punch someone then say fire it will copy the exact same attack except its alot more stronger like alot more like dozens of times over. so if all for one or Nine got twin impact they would be unbeatable
Creation (momo) if she can create complex items like nuclear fissan / fusion bomb. Quirk destroying bullet or virus etc.

My question is what were a.f.os original quirk was it o.f.a or a.f.o it both,also I am pretty sure a.f.o quirk is just that,but if o.f.a was his originally how did he not know its abilities? Or did he steal that from someone and then gave it to his brother?

Me and my friend actually JUST sat down and had this conversation over the weekend. Here’s what we decided. (We didn’t guage skill, and more what we perceive the quirk can do at maximum)
1. OFA/AFO/rewind (Rewind being the counter to the other two and could just undo most things. And it’s only at #1 because it can DRAIN STOCKPILES. Time messing even if only one direction is unstoppable.)
2. New Order (we can’t even upscale it. Who could. She’s seemingly asking god for help and god is complying, and laughably STILL saying you’re still not as strong as All-Might.)
3. Gravity Control (Uraraka at what we perceive to be her maximum based on the physics this show gave us. She’s already pretty much immune to all bruisers at minimum. But to put it mildly, Zero-g is just not possible to be Uraraka’s quirk. And with how gravity works and needing separate atmospheres to work, she can ACTUALLY stop orders from N.O. and decay. N.O. not consistently, but decay yes.)
4. Decay (this is why gravity control has such potential, they are structured EXACTLY the same. And it’s hard to not compare. Range, amplifying, type of contact, so on should evolve the same way. But it’s the best kind of contact quirk)
5. Half Cold Half Hot (has no temperature limits with its new limb facets unlocked, and can quite literally be in use forever if balanced enough. Fire all directions as hot as he wants so long as his internal temperature is equally cool and vice versa.)
6. Twice (another no limit quirk. The only reason he died was because he didn’t get started fast enough. If AFO got it, the show would be over. With a broken bone needing to break a double, that means AFO would need MORE THAN A UNITED STATES OF SMASH TO LOSE A DOUBLE.)
7. Overhaul (FMA human transmutation is a lie. He’s crazy. And he can just ADD quirks to himself by doing this. Scar from FMA is prime example of this ability. Overhaul using and folding bodies for extra muscles in “equivalent exchange” is insane in Season 4)
8. Erasure (the just getting out of his eyesight held him back for us. And if it weren’t for his combat prowess, it wouldn’t be anywhere near as effective on its own. It might be the BEST gimmick, but it’s a gimmick nonetheless.)
9. Foresight (this is a strange one to pick, but we felt it necessary. He is just a hard counter to so many, and is impressed if someone can so much as TOUCH him when he fights. Another gimmick quirk, but just…he KNOWS THE EXACT CHOICES YOU MAKE.)
10. Whirlwind (Yoarashi….I know, I put him under Todoroki. But…HE DIDN’T NEED TO MOVE FOR ALL HIS MOVES. And NO ONE CAN SEE THEM. Guy is freaking OUTSTANDING. But it’s unknown if it’s limitless like Todoroki and Twice which is what got them there)
11. Permeation (you can’t TOUCH him unless you get the EXACT surface he makes tangible at the EXACT timing. All of these above him can tag him, or make it harder for him to be solid, and other factors, but what ELSE?!)
HM’s: Jet (plot armor but in league with Nana somehow)
Explosion (plot armor being rival character means they always need to compete even if it shouldn’t be feasible)
Engine (plot armor and likely going to beat Jet one day.)
Compress (can’t argue with reason, but can argue placement),
Stress (because we all know how much we could use it)
Somnambulism (gas quirks. VERY OP.)
High Specs (until proof is in place for him to ACTUALLY show he is the strategist he should be as I predict, he’s off. PLEASE be a villain Nezu. PLEASE don’t just forget to use Nezu Horikoshi.)
Copy (AFO but lesser. And with increasing arsenal and time, he’s going to be OP depending who he is around)
Lizard Tail Splitter (HOW DO YOU FUNCTION, WHERE ARE LUNGS, WHERE IS HEART AND BRAIN, HOW DO POOP?! WHY DO YOU FLY?! WHAT THE FUCK?!)
Softening (might just be effect atom rearranging and also a HUGE benefactor of decay contact upgrade. But it’s got nothing on Uraraka and Shiggy)
Gravity Control has a hard weakness.
Overhaul is way better than a good bit of those
Eraserhead Prime could destroy Overhaul and others higher on the list
Foresight and Whirlwind are only at most honorable mentions

Nice video! But a couple things I would disagree with (aside from AFO and OFA getting their own spots as they deserve)
1) Todoroki’s half cold half hot deserves to be in the top 10. It has plenty of utility with the ice side being able to form structures etc. and the fire side can aid in mobility. Endeavor tried to create this quirk for a reason, besides Deku it’s easily the strongest quirk in class 1a IMO
2) I feel like the user and the quirk itself should be separated. Sure I can see how users can place the quirks potential in a new light that could influence the ranking slightly, but I don’t think characters losing battles should have anything to do with knocking the quirks down like it did with Twice
Exactly, because you can't rank the users. Imagine what these quirks would be capable of in the hands of others

U understand that bakugo cant probably contend against quirks like one for all or new order but what about compress i mean, come one compresse or permiation over explosion especially a since he has such great controll over his quirk that should at least give him an honorable mention since he esily beat todoroki who got an honorable mention not trying to nag or anything just my opinion
Pretty sure Todoroki held back against bakugo but not using his fire against him in the finals.

Theoretically, could we see prime all might if Eri rewind all might to before season 1 injury?
If eri rewinded him he'd go back to how he was before he got injured but he wouldn't have the Ofa quirk still. The ambers are already snuffed out in all might. Eri can only rewind what there. Since ofa isn't in all might anymore all might can't be rewinded to his peak power but his physical body can.
@@calebstephan2083 that's plausible, but we saw her restore mirio despite him not having his quirk anymore, unless she's only able to do it because her DNA was part of the bullet, she could theoretically restore all might to his physical peak, giving him one for all again.
what do you think eraser heads quirk would be like if it awakened?

No, compared to others it's extremely situational and unless the user's walking around with a tiger all the time it can't do much damage. Definitely better than acid if a tiger is walking around with him all the time.

What about Momo, Todoroki, and Bakugo? Acid is good but like, Todoroki can freeze stuff with just his arm.
If shinso has his own fight scene and plays a part in the final war of the series the villains would make a smart decision to put shinso against a silent villain so that the villain can't respond to what she's so says therefore shinso is not able to activate his quirk p
No way you have quirks like acid above half hot half cold. Its literally hellflame (potentially a stronger version even) with a powerful ice quirk on top.

Clearly Strength Enhancers or Power Stockpiles have been comen around the years of My Hero Academia.

Because ofa its just not that, its a transferable power with a mind of its own and he can fuse the power and mind of many humans always becoming much more complex and powerfull, with just the one you mentioned they wouldnt even hold a candle to ofa
itsnt the whole point of Permiation thats its not really a strong quirk by itself but the person who wields it and the skills of that person made it a strong quirk, permiation is essentialy useless against someone with a strong durability quirk, since simple human punches cant do much.
And Dark Shadow just punches it's way into the list if you've been reading recently.
