I have a theory: The phantoms are recreations of the people that “most” hate springtrap or that springtrap hates, trying to make them better by making living illusions of those characters. Even if this is not the case, I honestly like that idea. Springtrap knows most of the animatronics don’t like him, so he created his own versions of those animatronics. Just a theory though ;)

Ok. So, I don't typically have any noticeable emotions when watching UA-cam videos. Which I hope isn't too odd. But after Springtrap was done talking to Golden and William popped for like, idk, 0.5 seconds, I got shivers down my spine.
