There are a limited number of affordable pet friendly options in Singapore, and much lesser pet amenities available for mongrels due to their size. Camping is an affordable and most carefree way to spend time overnight with your dog. All you need is to apply for a free camping permit via the AXS machine.
Families with kids are commonly found so it can be difficult to find a space that is both spacious and accessible to the washroom. The best is to stay further away from the jogging and cycling paths where human traffic is lower. Kids are also less likely to play around your tent which may be uncomfortable for some dogs.
Once your dog gets used to camping, it is pretty manageable and chill.
