He actually have decent Air troop counter, minion horde dies to him, baby dragon can be distracted so Tower troop can kill him, and the skeleton dragon+ e dragon too, Phoenix too, so he have decent counter to Air which is insane

The only big difference here is that executioner is not only higher rarity, but higher cost and finaly being able to target both air and ground
