Stacey, I started watching you about 6 years ago. Watching you move into an apartment, grocery shop with the smallest budget I have seen, showing the meal prepping, walking into stores and seeing home items you would love but had to pass up with the budget. Seeing how far you have come is amazing. Nor only the financial part but you are so healthy. Seeing you overcome personal issues and grow from it and not just survive but thrive. Watch out world Stacey flowers is bloomin!!!
one recommendation....based on my own experience redoing a full kitchen. before buying anymore organizing things..... for your lower cabinets.... get pull out shelves.... so much easier to be organized and to access things. You can buy some and install them yourself(ves). Such a gift to yourself. also....most things are already sold in containers. Don't get conned into buying more containers to put stuff in. That money can go for more important things.
Good idea to invest in storage containers for items that are not "zip" top closures. Even if your cabinet is pest free...you can still end up with tiny bug (weevils?) infestation and possibly ants. Having a container for sugar will also keep the moisture out and it won't get clumpy. PS. Tupperware brand makes big tall containers that will hold 5lb of flour - BPA free. If you don't like the thought of food product touching plastic, you could keep in store packaging but still put bag in container. Best wishes from Texas!
Just finding out how white sugar is not the greatest for us black women..& a lot of the hormonal imbalance issues come from consuming a lot of it along with meat and dairy as well. I try to play with Agave/honey in recipes that call for sugar, it’s pretty hard to find the right ratio tho. But I’m trying
I just replaced my water buying situation with a water filter. I bought extra filters and the water tastes so clean and purified. No more buying plastic gallon jugs( harming the planet, and no more cases of glass liter bottles (expensive)… thank you for sharing peace and blessings 🫶🏼
@@StaceyFlowers yes I’m glad we did too. And you are welcome. I’m glad you’re doing better you and baby, blessed 🙏🏼😌 Another thing we both did was switch our seasons I just switched mine to the BADIA brand 🤣😆 I was like wow we are doing the same thing. ☺️👍🏼👏🏼🫶🏼
I love when you shop, feel like the old days of $50 budget .
