Beloved Mel Robbins ... I am here listening to you and crying uncontrollably ... I too am filled so much by these words with which you end every conversation ... I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for these words. And if no one told you today, I want to tell you that I love you so much and appreciate your being in the world so much. You undoubtedly fulfill the vocation for which you were sent into the world. Thank God you are here! With love, Haya from Israel
Great podcast. One of the reasons some people do not like to hear, “ I love you” is because they have been hurt, been betrayed or abused, physically or emotionally by people who said I love you.
Based on all the people I have met in my 52 year Nursing career, you are accurate that so many people don't feel seen and heard , much less loved. Everyone needs to hear this episode. ❤
I tell my Husband and children, all the time I love, and including at the end of every phone call. Me and hubby always say IU bc when my son was 1 yr or 13 or 14 months could not say I love you he said IU and our family has continued to say IU. My son is now 22yrs. And he continues to say IU to me and his dad. ❤
Well now! I recently unsubscribed from your newsletters. Not because I didn’t like them. But because I’m horrible at deleting emails when I’m done reading them, Lolol. But after the story you told today about the woman who unsubscribed…I just HAVE to resubscribe! I L❤VE YOU TOO MEL ROBBINS! And you have met me. And I do feel “seen” and inspired and loved by you every time you bring something fabulous to my ears. And you know what? I was listening while I was sewing 53:44 my aprons. My new business venture that I would not have had the guts to do…if you didn’t love me.🥰
I loved my daughters bus driver - that was 23 yrs ago. While living in the country he was sometimes one of the few adults I saw. He always said hello, chatted to me, smiled, cared for my daughter. I looked forward to seeing him.
Agape love, is the kind of love and action that shows empathy; extends the desire for good of the beloved; wants the best; extends help or demonstrates good intentions; and is intended for everyone.
I tear up every time I hear you say it at the end . After being left by my narcissistic fiancé that I was with for the past 6 years I feel like I don’t deserve love. I lost all of my friends during this time from going back to him after him putting me in the hospital and cheating and still making him my number one priority over my friends: only to be left after losing everyone who actually did care for me. I don’t expect love from anyone anymore and not sure if I can even say I deserve it either
You do deserve it! I was with a narcissist for several years. He was so unkind and volatile. I was finally brave enough to kick him out of my house. I still have some trauma from that relationship; however, I know I deserve love and respect. You'll find it again. It may take time but it is worth it to have a healthy, loving relationship.
Phew that all sounds like a huge tangle of hurt. 🤗 You deserve it from yourself first ❤ then slowly you can rebuild it with others - but you DEFINITELY still deserve love. Have you watched Mel's podcasts on narcs? And do you have a counsellor who can grab an end of this tangle with you and help you unpick your life?? You need an ally. Well done for getting free from your fiancé and listening to positive messages! You are heading in the right direction, keep going, forgive yourself and decide this is a fresh start that you are letting NO ONE mess with ❤ (The book "Running On Empty" by Jonice Webb might be worth a listen/read too, just in case it addresses any of the things you feel/have experienced in early life that led you to your fiancé)
@@cwright821 your right I’ve been working on loving myself since forever it seems like , I was r@pped when I was younger and ever since I’ve been trying my butt off to love myself definitely not a easy task still struggling every day with even speaking nicely to myself
I love you, Mel!!! Love is acceptance. Love is giving it away freely without expectation. Love means loving someone so much until they believe they are loveable and worthy. That is Linda, to her core.
I love listening to you as part of my morning ritual. Leaving people better than I find them is part of who I am, and yet this is such a powerful and important reminder to give and express love, not just to those who are obvious in our lives, but to all whose lives touch ours in our day to day encounters. Thank you for giving your love to me and others. I love you back! ❤
Oh Mel, as a recent widow...how very moving this episode was. I took so much for granted, thinking that special person will be in my life forever. I did not realize how those very words: "I Love You" made me feel....that I matter. Thank you so much...your podcasts reach out to my heart strings. And I will start to reach out to others...
I get it Mel. I sometimes feel this for complete strangers passing by on the street in the city. The only way I can explain this is that in that moment I just see them, their humanity, their struggles, that they are trying their best just like me, that they are worthy of love. It think it’s just moments when your heart opens and it’s a natural feeling. Then most of the time we walk around shut down, annoyed that someone is walking too slowly in front of us etc. I think our hearts are opening more and more now and these feelings of love for complete strangers, for nature around us etc just brings in this feeling of love and connection. I just wish this state was more permanent. I obviously love my family and people I know in my life but this is how I feel when I love complete strangers. Much love ❤
I love you Mel. Hi, my name is Maayan. Even if you don’t know me, you are a big part of my everyday life. You are such a powerful and charismatic woman, with a big heart. Thank you for making this world a better place. The Mel robbins podcast changed the way i see life, and helped me become a much better version of myself. You have no idea how much I love you, I just want to give you a big hug❤️
I just want to say that I LOVE that you tell me you love me in every episode and every email. It's greatly appreciated. I grew up in a family that NEVER expressed love or made me feel like I mattered at all. To this day I don't think my mother has ever said "I love you". I vowed that I would tell my children every day that I love them and I did (no matter how much I didn't like them some days in their teenage years!). I still tell them now that they are grown and I tell their wives I love them too. I believe it is so important to feel loved and important. I do yoga with Adrienne every morning and she tells me she loves me too! It doesn't matter that we never met. I love you and I appreciate you and all that you have done for me (via your podcasts) despite never having met you! Shari xoxo
I did this with my dad for more years than I can even remember. It does work. I'm a person that loves latterly everyone. Most people don't understand it or get it. Maybe I don't really understand it either. But getting off the phone I say I love you dad for years. His response you too or ditto. Finally, five years ago he says I love you back. My mind was like wow. Thats when I knew it worked. Now he says it all the time and always in messages signed Love Dad. Sometimes I believe people that have a hard time saying they love you back is not because they don't love you but because they don't love themselves or believe they are worthy of getting or giving love. I love you Mel. You are great!
Thank you for saying those three words because I just loss my father the day after Christmas; my Mom has dementia and no longer knows us. The day of our Dad’s funeral, my Sister deleted all TransBrother from our sibling to grandchild and would never say “I am sorry it was honest mistake and I am fixing it now.” No she never acknowledged what she did. She didn’t even send us a text or call us to pick out pictures for our Father’s memorial board. Then just acted like it never happened. So I have no family like I did so it’s nice to hear these words. So I do have my husband; who is wonderful but my family will never know because they don’t want to know him. Only want to tear everyone down. Sorry for such a negative energy. I love everyone and I never ask for anything. Good luck with your life and remember to love yourself and everyone around you.
You sound very lovable. I'm sorry for the loss of your father and for the pain of the way your sibling reacted. Surround yourself with people who love you... For they are your family❤
Mel, I'm one of those grumpy people who got a tad annoyed at the love you express even though I'm a big fan. This episode was perfect for so many reasons. Thank you for being there with your kick ass optimism and hopeful message. I love you, too! ❤
Im awesome at that too Mel! I love and live for those moments. Somebody once asked me in a snarky way, “why are you here?” My response, without thinking, “to spread joy and laughter.” I didn’t even realize before that ahole asked me that why I was here. I texted him recently and said Thank You for asking me that question. No need to respond and I love you.
People don’t care how much we know until they know how much we care! Especially children! I’m a retired teacher… I missed the kids so much, I am tutoring now! I LOVE TEACHING…
I love you and your team Mel! My life is so much brighter since I started listening to you. What makes me sad is the anger of folks who choose not to understand your why. Are they so broken that they feel unworthy of accepting those words 'I love you' no matter where it comes from? What a phenomenal episode. Thank you.❤
I REALLY loved this one today! I texted my daughter, my husband, a few friends, even 3 co-workers, not just to share the podcast but to also give them a message of love. One thing I realized is that I have some "undoing" to do. You always sign off with your "I love you" and while I certainly don't take offense, my kneejerk reaction has been, "But you don't really know me." And now I understand that you're not saying you know me...rather, you're saying that I matter and the fact that I'm willingly giving you my time and my attention isn't lost on you. And that you love me for that. I get it now. A long time ago, a friend of mine shared with me his belief on love. He believed that love was TOO freely shared...that people said, "I love you" without really meaning the words. He's the type to be impeccable with his word (always meaning what he says) and therefore, was pretty selective of who he said those words to. I think that belief made me a little selfish. Almost like if I gave away my love, then maybe there was just a little bit less to give to someone else. Almost like love pie, lol. So to hear the other side of this...to hear you talk about giving love freely as an act of kindness or humanity without really having to KNOW someone...it helped me with some of that "undoing". You've become my three best friends and my "NEW" best friend. We talk about you almost daily now and you should know that we love YOU!
Yes Mel, ❤ I can confirm families exist to teach us to love someone even in moments when we do not like them. After 17 years of Buddhist practice, I had plenty of opportunities to have actual proof of that and… The deeper I dig inside, the more I deepen into my Buddhist faith and my understanding of self and environment and life and death from a Buddhist perspective, the more I learn to love in the most difficult circumstances because it is in those that love is most needed and it is through those that true healthy love can be exist, by going through difficult moments together and moving past what we do not accept in others, which … at the end of the day are always a reflection of what we do not accept in ourselves …forgiving others is essentially to forgive ourselves and that is priceless …🙏😊
Love is a key that opens a lot of doors and unlocks potential in ourselves and others and sets us free from mindsets we have been trapped in. This is exactly why I end my children’s book with “you have found they to loving yourself, and everybunny you find”. I wrote this in my book and accompanying activity / coloring book I’M SOMEBUNNY SPECIAL - Lovey Bunny’s Epic Journey ❤🌈 Thank you Mel, another epic message shared with the world!
I agree we should show love to everyone as best we can and also work on loving better. However, when it comes to close friendships and inner circles it is perfectly okay to require the people in those categories to also like you. Life is short, and spending a lot of time around a person who loves you but also can only tolerate you, does nothing for the quality of either life.
You are so spot on and LOVE listening to your podcasts without fail every week!! Thank you Mel for being you and helping to show the world what LOVE is !! Every show is a winner and just sharing them makes me so happy!! But this one was AMAZING!! 🥰 Thank you for all your hard, creative work, honesty, incredible sense of humor with life and helping us all to be better human beings daily !! Love you too Mel Robbins!! Susan from NYC❤️🌟
Take a ways from this Love is an action and it means I believe in you! I can love people even when I dont like them. Love is unconditional it doesn't depend on someone else's action a or performance! I love what you said about affection and attention is showing love. Thanks Mel for what you do and I love you and believe what you say and do by believing in people matters and makes folks feel like they matter!!❤❤❤
I LOVE you Mel! ❤ beautiful work you do. We are spinning on a rock in the middle of nowhere being heated by a huge ball of fire and gravity is actually our friend. We should be having a collective party for our existence. We all will all eventually die from this human experience. How lucky we are to even exist. Love your life. Love yourself. Now matters. Today is awesome.
I do that all the time. The random chat with a stranger on line at the grocery store, etc, and it goes both ways, both are on the same page for 30 seconds and a smile or a laugh 😂 We all need that
Simply awesome! I have said I love you a long time to others but it really took me by surprise when someone I barely knew said I love you. I walked back to our home in happy tears. I love you and believe in you too! Just because of your heart.
When it's taugh and I feel alone.... I often remind myself... hey, mel loves me! No one seems to know I am loveable... but you. Yes, some time ago I felt like: who is she to allow herself to love me? I think I got it by now. Yes... I love sunrises, children's laughter, how bold nature is while also being shy, modest when now furious... and it's all good. I love you too, Mel! This episode had perfect timing.
Years ago, as I drove under an overpass on the freeway, I saw a white sheet hanging there with the words, "YOU MATTER." At that moment, I knew I really did matter, and my presence was important. My heart swelled, and I had tears in my eyes. During the next yoga class, and in every class I have taught since then, I ended the practice with, "Thank you for allowing me to guide you through this yoga practice, and as you move out into your day, please always remember, you matter. Your presence matters to everyone around you, so always show up and be present. I honor the light that is in you. Namaste'." As I say these words to my students at Mesa Community College, I often have tears in my eyes. In this podcast, when you talk about why you say, "I love you," I realize my mantra is my way of telling my students that I love them. Over the years, I have had many students tell me they have tears in their eyes when I say this to them, and these words really touch their hearts. I have been teaching yoga for 17 years and love every minute of my time with students. It truly is my passion. Thank you for giving me that lightbulb moment. All of the dots are now connected! I love you too, Mel Robbins! You are an inspiration. Learn more about me at www.susanjarvie.com.
My Gilmer Elementary School principal, Mr Camp, would always end his messages with "Remember God loves you, and I love you." Over 40 years, I remember it and imitate it! Thank you and right back at you, Mel!❤
Hi Mel, I have said this many times to my children and my husband. I love you but I don’t like you. I never thought that was possible until I had kids. Especially my middle daughter. She was the one who taught me that this was possible. Her teen years taught me this. She is now an amazing mom and person. I love you.
This was one of your best episodes. Many years ago, I started with a mentor who always told me they loved me, and if it was in person there was a hug. I hated it but you know after a year, I meant it when I said I love you back and the hugs are now wonderful. It's been almost 8 years of getting wisdom and guidance from this mentor and so much of my expansion comes from the foundation of this person telling me they love me every single time I speak with them.
I texted a picture from 7 Years ago to the 2 other people that were in it. I hadn’t even listened to your podcast yet. Feeling great about letting others know they matter to me. I do it quite often. I will say hi to random people & my adult kids will ask me who they are & I’ll say I don’t know- just saying hi! Also call people by their name when you are at restaurants, stores or anyone else that does a service for you! It feels REALLY GOOD!!😊❤
I really needed to hear this. I’ve grown up in foster care my whole life after my parents abandoned and neglected me. And still to this day 27 years old I’ve e felt unloved, unwanted, confused on why nobody can love me or why they don’t? And my situation gave me a big heart I love to make people laugh, I am a people person. But since this I don’t know who I am anymore 😢
This episode felt like a warm hug and I’m going to share it with everyone 🥰. Thank you! And in case no one has told you today, Mel, I love you and I believe in you too! -Sarah 💖💖💖💖
❤❤❤ I absolutely love 💗 that you tell me you Love me at the end of your podcasts . I used to tell my cancer patients I loved them and gave them hugs all the time and I meant it ❤…. And it always made them smile 😊 . And it makes me smile when you say that at the end too ! Love is the highest vibration and we all need it !! ❤😊 and if you were not told today I Love You Mel ❤!!!
I totally love you and the gift of you in my life. I have categorized the three universal needs as... need to be heard... need to be understood... and need to be loved. This podcast checked all my boxes. And it pushed me to send Valentines to so many people. Consider this your valentine from me!
Thank You Mel!!!! ❤ Love Back to You on This Day of Valentines!❤… It is sad that you have to make a case for it! 😢. It Free, We can give it anytime, and it fills ones Heart!! ❤. I use to say to my S. Kids.. that I LOVE YOU.. just because you exists! And that should just be a given!!! So You Rock Mel.. LOVE that you send LOVE every day!
People are going to make an effort and are more motivated to make negative comments than positive ones, so their message sounds louder and has more prominence than it should. I am one of the silent majority who love your uplifting final comments at the end of your output across all platforms. Thanks Mel.
I love you, Mel! I've taken your Launch course over the last two years, and it has been so positive and empowering. I have always felt your belief in me and others, and that is powerful and transformative. I am fortunate to be loved by many, and love so many. We need to remember that the biggest regret is the love we hold back. Once you start to give it out, you'll find yourself not only loving other people, but the birds, the trees, the sky, and all that is in our lives. ❤❤❤
I think there's not enough people saying those 3 special words "I love you" I grew up in social care & had some great carers that taught me what it means to tell someone they are loved. I tell my children every day/night. I can say it to some friends but others look at me like I'm a dragon 🐉 😂 love you Mel, thanks so much for sharing these videos❤❤❤
Thanks for telling your listeners that you love us. We love you back. Your sincere desire to help your audience always comes thru in your podcasts. That is love. Keep up the good work, and may God bless you❤
Hey, Mel... Love you, sweet lady!!! 💕 Let's keep spreadin' the love!! And for those whom we have to say "let them"...hopefully some day they'll get it. Like the song says..."What the world needs now is love, sweet love. No, not just for some, but for everyone." ❤ And I also want to thank you for being such a beautifully positive and uplifting force in my life. There are days when I can't even make it out of bed until my day is half over. But because of your influence and patiently loving nudges, I have far fewer days like that now. So....even if everyone has told you today...let me chime in and again say... I love ya, Mel. 💕
Hi Mel NEVER stop telling people that you love them and believe in them…. You are changing lives every day ❤ I am so grateful to have you to listen to and support me every day. Your morning routine and high five habit has changed my life around Thank you for ALL your content …. It is heaven sent!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is probably what I needed to hear today. Thank you! many of us grew up without those very important displays of affection. As for the people complaining about you saying that you love us all, they are the ones that needed the most. It was very surprising to hear what they had to say about the subject. For some reason I thought that people in this community, or at least most of them were believers in the law of attraction, the law of manifestation, the book The Secret, Louis Hay's teachings, etc, and love is a very important part of all those teachings, starting with loving ourselves first. I guess I was wrong, I can't imagine any of them looking at themselves in the mirror in the morning and saying I love you. By the way Mel, I love you too!
Omgosh! Yeah! Do u read my mind!! Act of love! I’m so weary, but need to remember that the people in my life, I love, might not like, but I love! Thanks for the reminder😊👍
I listen to every podcast of yours and I was also part of your Launch series last year. This podcast on love is the best and most favorite you have ever done. Mel, you are on point! I always love hearing you believe in me and love me. It's because of your inspirational advice and chats that I am inspired to be the best version of myself! THANK YOU!!! ❤️ I appreciate you and I believe in you and love you back!!!❤❤❤
Mel, I love when you end that way. I don't have anyone to say that regularly- so it always makes me smile and feel a little warm inside. I appreciate it so much!
Spectacular. I was just talking to a wonderful friend that now lives on the opposite coast, as we closed the call she told me that she loves me. I replied back that I love her. My husband thought - wait who were you talking to. I felt a bit odd, now I feel great. My sister-in-law is great at all three practices and over the years even though she also lives on the opposite coast has made such an influence on my behavior with others. THANK YOU for sharing the 3 tips.
Today is national gal-entines day. Thanks to listening to this podcast last night. I sent this to every woman on my messenger list. So of course I wanted to send it to you. Much love Marybeth.
I listen to your podcast on a regular basis and I always feel uplifted afterwards. I skipped over this episode a few times because I struggle with expressing love and practicing self love, so the title of this episode had me skeptical I guess. Well, let me say this is exactly what I needed today. This episode really touched me deeply, you had me balling my eyes out at the end. Thank you for sharing this Mel, you rock!
When my kids were younger, we had the habit of leaving snacks in the (curb) mailbox for the mail carrier: soda, poptarts, French toast, candy. Usually got a TQ note out of it. As a result of a pop tart and drink for a trash pick-up worker earlier, same worker helped finish tying up a large load (with a smile) later on in return (he even mentioned that he remembered 😁)
I love listening to Mel she has changed my world in so many ways. With this one about love..I wish I wasn't feeling / thinking this.. but when Mel says at the end I love you I beleive in you... my instant go to is... There's no way you could when you don't know me. I get it...its a different kind of love... and I understand what she means by it. Maybe there should be a different word for it other than love when it comes to saying that to people o e doesn't know... Maybe Mel meant I love you - as in I love that you are here listening to my podcast and I love that you have subscribed 🤷♀️ Its going to take years of de-programming with what love has meant before to now see it this new way..
You have a meditation and at the end, you say "If nobody has told you today, I love you and I believe in you" I listen to the end just to hear that. I just want to say Mel, I love you and you matter to me ❤
I LOVE that you end your podcast with these words! You are sending your positive energy and light to those that are struggling and we FEEL it!!! So thank you and I LOVE YOU for who you are and what you give to us.
How dare you want that for me, Mel?!? I am so offended that I am going to listen to all of your podcasts now so I can hear you speak those well wishes for me, in case everyone else I encounter in my day miss their opportunity. Thank you for being radical. ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for helping me realize how much I struggle with giving & receiving love. I have issues because historically being vulnerable & giving/showing love has led to a lot of hurt & pain. It’s going to be a tough thing to address & change but I need to learn how to be the loving & caring person that I hope to find in others. It starts with me! (I also need to show up for myself in the same way I do for others) Much love & many thanks! 💖🫶💖
I love this podcast 💖, because I personally also say often daily and appreciate : The Tiny small , stuff every day to strangers, love making people smile and feel good. Even though I may never ever see them again. and it makes me feel good also. Even on a dum day I find it lifting for me to 🙏😄🇩🇰😉
This was one of the best podcasts on UA-cam I have seen in years! You explained Love in detail and why it is truly selfish not to say it more often. I believe if everyone could express and say I love you even to strangers it could help save the world.❤😊
Resonates on so many levels! My kids, husband and myself are love you, love all the time! Lost my Mom 3 years ago and Dad is in his 80s and I hear I love you from him more than I've ever heard before! I'll take it too!!!
This is amazing. We need more of this!!! I will listen to this episode again. I was just folding my laundry when you said it and it literally brought tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful episode. Thank you. You don't know how meaningful this is. Thank you. 🙏🏼
Even though I have a big family and good friends …. When I was really down a year ago it was your - I believe in you and I love you made me feel loved and seen and made me take the steps I needed to change some big things in my life. Carry on saying and being you Mel…. Love you and believe in you back 👏🏻♥️
Thanks Meg. I love you. I listen to your podcast, at least five mornings a week when I’m getting ready… I appreciate your motivation, your real talks and you care about us. You have great topics… You have helped me in so many ways I try to tell people all the time that I love them and how important it is. Thanks for expressing that! Have the best day!
Dearest mel... I love hearing from you.. Thank you... For making me seen and loved... I m a full time caregiver for my aging parents... Ur talks keep me going.... And feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel... I m struggling thru divorce and unemployment... And ur talks are jus what I need to hear... God bless you dear... Love you.. From connie in india
I love you too!! I understand you and your brain and how it functions. Your podcast helps me believe in me. I struggle some days more than others. Love is kind and not so kind, though I hold close to my faith. Let's pray for Trish.. she sounds like she's not in a loving place for herself.
I love you Mel. Your authenticity and sharing to the world, just beautiful. I needed to hear this episode, we all do! Thank you and keep up the fantastic episodes 😊❤
I have always had this same definition of love as you. people may be offended, but if everyone shared that belief, we would be in Utopia already and the kingdom of heaven would be on earth.

Hey! It's my friend MEL! 😍 I love you MEL! And Mel, in case nobody else tells you today, I'm going to be the one to tell you! I believe in you and your ability to create a better world with better humans! Thank you! 💞
Thank you Mell, I love you. I never could say this to my mother but I can say it to my doughter. And in my salsa dansingschool I always give al the dancers a hug when they arrive and when they leave. Most of them love it. And I love it.
Thank you Mel, for being such a big part of my change in life. it all started with the mindset rest and it has just been continues from there your are a big part of who I am becoming. You have been put in my world by Higher Power. In this time I have almost lost 20kg, I am working on my finance and marriage. sending you blessing in abundance. All the way from South Africa
So divinely timed.😊..This is the first of Mrls podcasts I've listened too..at a point where I needed the reminder of the bigger picture, my importance and that their is the reat of the world out there! Waiting for me to shine❤ I also feel those with the retort, perhaps need to hear this the most!!
Just sent my friend a pic of her and yes says i love her..
It felt so good to think of her!
Mel.. You matter to me!!
So sweet 😊
You know what Mel, you are a good person. I am freaking love you, the way you define love.
Mel it’s your show and if you want to end it with I love you. do it. I love it . I think you are thoughtful and kind 😊

I tear up every time I hear you say it at the end . After being left by my narcissistic fiancé that I was with for the past 6 years I feel like I don’t deserve love.
You deserve it from yourself first ❤ then slowly you can rebuild it with others - but you DEFINITELY still deserve love.
Have you watched Mel's podcasts on narcs? And do you have a counsellor who can grab an end of this tangle with you and help you unpick your life?? You need an ally.
Well done for getting free from your fiancé and listening to positive messages! You are heading in the right direction, keep going, forgive yourself and decide this is a fresh start that you are letting NO ONE mess with ❤
(The book "Running On Empty" by Jonice Webb might be worth a listen/read too, just in case it addresses any of the things you feel/have experienced in early life that led you to your fiancé)
❤❤❤
@@cwright821 your right I’ve been working on loving myself since forever it seems like , I was r@pped when I was younger and ever since I’ve been trying my butt off to love myself definitely not a easy task still struggling every day with even speaking nicely to myself
❤❤❤
The most powerful emotion is love when it is genuine. ❤
I Love you back Mel 😘
Mel,
I'm one of those grumpy people who got a tad annoyed at the love you express even though I'm a big fan.
Love is our greatest gift…. Giving and receiving!
After 17 years of Buddhist practice, I had plenty of opportunities to have actual proof of that and…
The deeper I dig inside, the more I deepen into my Buddhist faith and my understanding of self and environment and life and death from a Buddhist perspective, the more I learn to love in the most difficult circumstances because it is in those that love is most needed and it is through those that true healthy love can be exist,
by going through difficult moments together and moving past what we do not accept in others, which …
at the end of the day are always a reflection of what we do not accept in ourselves …forgiving others is essentially to forgive ourselves and that is priceless …🙏😊
I LOVE your podcasts and I LOVE YOU Mel Robbins❤
You are so spot on and LOVE listening to your podcasts without fail every week!! Thank you Mel for being you and helping to show the world what LOVE is !! Every show is a winner and just sharing them makes me so happy!! But this one was AMAZING!! 🥰 Thank you for all your hard, creative work, honesty, incredible sense of humor with life and helping us all to be better human beings daily !! Love you too Mel Robbins!! Susan from NYC❤️🌟
And we love you Mel. To all the listeners, I love you in case you don’t know you’re loved
I’m like Mel about relates to leaving people in a joy place! I live for it !
The random chat with a stranger on line at the grocery store, etc, and it goes both ways, both are on the same page for 30 seconds and a smile or a laugh 😂
We all need that
I love ❤ you Mel the realness you post is the best that’s what I love about you
Simply awesome!
On person I have struggled to love is myself, I’m ready to spread my wings and fly. I am beautiful and I am worthy of everything that I wish!
My Gilmer Elementary School principal, Mr Camp, would always end his messages with "Remember God loves you, and I love you." Over 40 years, I remember it and imitate it! Thank you and right back at you, Mel!❤
I tell my children that I love them every time I talk to them.
They are everything to me.
As an introvert i am a little shy with strangers, but when I'm smiling and receptive people will come to me. 💎😊
I agree when they matter to you. Thats what love is. But giving love , i agree it serves in life as a huge positive moment in your day.
In AA we say to each other “we will love you until you learn to love yourself” ❤
Thank you for saying “it” I Love you too! I’m a better person for hearing this explanation. While I do say “I love you”, I can say it so much more❣️
It’s important to me to hear that I am loved. Thanks.
I totally love you and the gift of you in my life. I have categorized the three universal needs as... need to be heard... need to be understood... and need to be loved. This podcast checked all my boxes. And it pushed me to send Valentines to so many people. Consider this your valentine from me!
I love and believe so much in you as well Mel. Thank you for all you bring to us.
I think there's not enough people saying those 3 special words "I love you"
I grew up in social care & had some great carers that taught me what it means to tell someone they are loved.
Keep up the good work, and may God bless you❤
It just tells me how much love this world needs.
Hey, Mel... Love you, sweet lady!!! 💕
Let's keep spreadin' the love!! And for those whom we have to say "let them"...hopefully some day they'll get it. Like the song says..."What the world needs now is love, sweet love. No, not just for some, but for everyone." ❤
And I also want to thank you for being such a beautifully positive and uplifting force in my life. There are days when I can't even make it out of bed until my day is half over. But because of your influence and patiently loving nudges, I have far fewer days like that now. So....even if everyone has told you today...let me chime in and again say... I love ya, Mel. 💕
Thank you nobody has never told me that they believe in me .I love u Mel I believe in you .I love that u help so many people including me
Hi Mel NEVER stop telling people that you love them and believe in them…. You are changing lives every day ❤
I am so grateful to have you to listen to and support me every day.
Your morning routine and high five habit has changed my life around
Thank you for ALL your content ….
By the way Mel, I love you too!
one more thing: your video was the first that popped up on YT this morning lol! no coincidence here.
Omgosh!
I love you, Mel, and all the individuals who assist you in bringing your messages to the masses. I appreciate you all!
I love you Mel. I am here listening to you and crying. Thank you for telling us and reminding us to love and give love.
Maybe Mel meant I love you - as in I love that you are here listening to my podcast and I love that you have subscribed 🤷♀️
Its going to take years of de-programming with what love has meant before to now see it this new way..
You have a meditation and at the end, you say "If nobody has told you today, I love you and I believe in you" I listen to the end just to hear that. I just want to say Mel, I love you and you matter to me ❤
And I, and everyone who gets to listen to you, love you ❤
❤ listening to you Mel thank you for the encouraging words. Love you Mel
Thank you, Mel! This is the second of your podcasts that I've listened to. What a fabulous message of Love to the world!❤❤
I LOVE that you end your podcast with these words! You are sending your positive energy and light to those that are struggling and we FEEL it!!! So thank you and I LOVE YOU for who you are and what you give to us.
Mel saying “like a sermon” and like God spoke’ has made my day!
I definitely noticed when you said “I love you” in an episode. It stuck out to me. You said it and it felt as if you truly meant it. I appreciated it!
Mel, wow!!!
You’ve no idea how timely this podcast is/was in relation to my family relationships.
Thank you! Thank you!
Thank you! ❤️🥰❤️
I love you too!! I understand you and your brain and how it functions. Your podcast helps me believe in me. I struggle some days more than others. Love is kind and not so kind, though I hold close to my faith. Let's pray for Trish.. she sounds like she's not in a loving place for herself.
Thank you for telling us that you love and believe in us.❤
I love you Mel. Your authenticity and sharing to the world, just beautiful. I needed to hear this episode, we all do! Thank you and keep up the fantastic episodes 😊❤
Thank you for loving all of us, Mel!
I have always had this same definition of love as you. people may be offended, but if everyone shared that belief, we would be in Utopia already and the kingdom of heaven would be on earth.
Hey! It's my friend MEL! 😍
I love you MEL!
Thanks, Mel, -- and right back at you!
❤️you too Mel - thank you for your wise words xx🌈🙏
So divinely timed.😊..This is the first of Mrls podcasts I've listened too..at a point where I needed the reminder of the bigger picture, my importance and that their is the reat of the world out there! Waiting for me to shine❤ I also feel those with the retort, perhaps need to hear this the most!!
