When we gonna get a video of the stang vs vette rematch
Hopefully sometime this fall. Now that the vette has the full exhaust it picked up a bit more HP and with an even driver race the vette would smoke the stang unless the 2v was boosted. Trying to go turbo soon

@@daren9721 we will definitely do a rematch! Need new tires for the vette though. We've been doing a lot of driving / burnouts lately hahaha
I bought the 1 7/8" diameter tubes and can't get them in at all. Car is up 24", everything possible is removed. The wings on the oil pan are possibly the problem. Might drop the oil pan next to see if I can get them by them. The definitely don't go in from the top. The collectors are too big. I emailed LG for advice. Jacking the engine up doesn't seem like it would be of much use. I'd have to jack it half way out of the car.
Dang that is unfortunate we read up on there being fitment issues with the larger headers I think that's why we went with the 1 3/4" but it was so long ago at this point. LG should be able to give you pointers on how to install them. Best of luck with it!

I can't remember exactly but I think autozone or pepboys. A local auto parts store should have them but if not you could definitely order them online too

So the best longtube headers have bad fitment?
The long tubes fit fine, it's the xpipe bolting up to the BBE axleback that they claimed fit fine but it didn't
@@RatchetWrenches well I assume the BBE bolts to stock location so it is just the X pipe that is out of whack? Who made the X pipe?
LG is a good header but it is not the best for a C5 vette.
What is the best then?

But then again everyone has there own opinions and experiences.
