GTA 5 takes place in 2013 and the intro said 10 years earlier so it's 2003, note the phone you call to set off the bomb is a flip phone, Rockstar does amazing tiny details like that.
It says 9 years earlier
2015
@@AndreyXam 2013 it came out In 2013 originally
@@tylercox1875 yeah I know but it takes me back to 2015
Man, I remember getting this game when I had just turned 14. I bought it with my birthday money, and it had just come out. I remember for like a few weeks the online wasn't available and then there was a bunch of glitches in online. People hosts their garages and money and stuff. Great times. I had just turned 14 and now I'm 22 and still no GTA 6
The side missions here are absolutely worth doing as well, they offer the same level of humour and even crazier plot lines than the main story. (The tow truck ones are, admittedly, amongst the more boring ones, especially on the gameplay side).
The Trevor side missions are the best
The Only side missions I don't like are Dom's missions mostly the one on maze bank
@@DB-ml8op why
1 because their most of them are boring 2 I don't feel like getting a blimp or heli to get to maze bank. The only one I really like is the one with the the plane and the ATV
@@DB-ml8op i dont like them because how hard it is to land on the moving truck on pc without gamepad
Just a tip for you, a lot of the times conversations in missions is cut off when reaching the objective so if you find yourself almost at the mission area and characters are still talking it might be best to just stop shy of the destination so they can finish if you don't wanna miss any dialogue
That’s why I just follow the traffic laws
kinda hard to know where that is on your first playthrough tho
This playthrough is going to be hilarious. A lot of crazy shit happens in this game, and it's always fun watching it unfold.

Yeah that's true
I miss soo much the feeling of seeing the GTA 5 World for the first time , and you haven't visited the Desert , Mountains ro Forests yet, there are lot of details in the world.. The first time experiencing the world was so much fun , Nowadays I remember every small road , but I had ton of fun learning this game
Yeah I kind of miss being in the game for the first time and being completely lost. Now you could plop me on any random road and I'd know my exact spot in the map lol. I've spent way too much time in this game over the years
@@carl_consumer.of.reality Yeah Ik , have you tried gtaguessr?
@@tamoghnapal6619 no, sounds like fun tho
E: just tried it and got 2402/2500 points lol
Fr. It had been years since I played it but i recently played gtao again and i still remembered every part of the map lol. Miss when it was unfamiliar
Bro fr now I know almost everything lmao
You can turn the music up and just set the default radio station to 'off' or to one of the talk radio stations. The Phil Collins thing was just a fluke; I'm pretty sure there are no other licensed songs played in cutscenes. I think many of the more intense missions are given an awkward vibe w/o Rockstar's soundtrack behind them.
agreed, the score adds so much to the game
I think there is one more licensed song at the very end when the credits roll.
UA-cam does the copyright strikes, not Rockstar. Any music on any video gets hit
@@jvazacas Thats just incorect
@@bledastrasak6380 for youtube videos...yes. Rockstar copyright strikes modders dude.
I remember this game
The change between gameplay and "cutscene" blew my mind
Also switching characters was cool
I still love the details of Rockstars worlds. There are days when I stroll through Los Santos and discover so many great little things. The commercials, the TV shows, the conversations of passers-by, etc
I think one of the prompts you missed is that each character has a special ability you can use by pressing L3 and R3 together. Michael can slow down time while aiming (kinda like dead eye) and Franklin can slow down time while driving!
And Trevor becomes invincible 👍🏼
@@joeydrummer7929 He was trying to avoid spoilers 😅
AND TREVORR CAN GO CRAZYYYYY

"Don't ever have kids" how ironic, then the baby protests. Love it.
Nothing is funnier than watching someone play this for the first time 🤣
Fr those drives to Trevor's missions are NOT FUN
I say this as about the biggest fan of Arthur Morgan, John Martson, Nico Bellec and Carl Johnson as you'll find: Michael may be the most interesting and nuanced character that Rockstar has ever written. He's fascinating, and one of my favorite characters in any medium ever.
@Berlin that's why i say "may be" haha. I agree I think I lean Arthur and John, but Michael is absolutely at that level for me as well.
Trevor is more interesting In my opinion, Michael is just a cliché character that we've all seen before
Niko Bellic?
@@JackTal0sbank robber going through his midlife crisis is pretty new territory for me
Everyone on that list besides CJ is better written than Michael but he's still a really interesting character
This game was and still is far ahead of its time because of the sheer details that developers have added to everything ranging from fps, world building, story, physics & game mechanics, cars, characters and a lot more!
Yep, this is insane to imagine that game was developed for PS3 and Xbox 360 and runs almost better than GTA IV (which was way ahead of it's time and many modern games too)
story is garbage. only good story was SA and Vice city,. 4 was aight. gta 5 is only for free roaming, 5/10 game
@@L4ftyOne 4 was the best dawg
@@L4ftyOne nah, its a 8/10 story is trash but the dialogue and characters r great not to mention some of the missions r so cool, and considering it came out on 2013 it makes up for the flaws which are more in recent.
My favorite Franklin saying "Tonya do you ever clean you raggedy bitch ass up" 😂😂😂 that's one the one thing I will never forget about this game
Jimmy's a good kid kinda 😂😂 franklin treats him like an annoying Lil brother tho😂
Some advice: In the game options, you can change the driving camera height/angle between low and high. Switching it to high might help you with the driving, as it positions the camera higher, which allows you to see better in front of the car.
Loving your playthrough, by the way, your reactions are quite funny!
Cyberpunk isn't close to this masterpiece. I get what you were trying to say, the city feels alive because the NPC's seem to have more purpose than just being there
That’s exactly it!!
@@LiteWeightGaming hi
Cyberpunk doesn’t have 13 years of development though 💀
@@LiteWeightGaming Wassup
So awesome, that you are starting to play this series! GTA 5 is a lot of fun, and crazy story and characters. It’s unfortunate that your first video got flagged. Rockstar should add a streamer mode like in Cyberpunk.
I totally agree! Especially because Rockstar themselves doesn’t care if their music is included; it’s the songs by other artists that get flagged 😭
You can forget this game is 9 years old, because they keep re-releasing it every generation.
@@LiteWeightGaming Just Turn Off The Radio, The Radio Sucks Anyways. FYI You Went To The Settings Twice And Completely Missed It Both Times, Settings>Audio>Radio Station>Off

I’m loving this playthrough so much already! Can’t wait for the next upload. I’m so excited lol.
I’m a huge RDR fan but I’ve also played GTA a lot. I’ve done GTA 5 story mode like 5 times and I am planning to replay it now I’ve got the Xbox Series X version of the game.
I’ll look forward to part 2!
Yes finally watching you teegan, playing gta 5.very much going to enjoy this playthrough. Can't wait to see the carnage you will cause. Have to say teegan, that was top quality driving at the beginning.
This entire episode was absolutely funny, especially when it came to driving in the game! I was crying! 🤣🤣🤣 I really didn't expect you to play GTA5 bc of such explicit language but I'm really glad that you are. Good luck the rest of the series.
#RoadTo100K 👍 ❤
First time watching your channel LOVE THE play through CANT WAIT FOR THE REST
Having so much fun playing gta 5 for the first time, such a wonderful game and experience. Can't wait to see your play through of it. So excited for gta 6.
I've re-watched GTA V gameplay walkthroughs multiple times and this was good. And the fact that there's a kid making noises in the background is kinda wholesome. Makes the walkthrough feel like it's being done by an actual human being idk
i thought it was simeons scream when he got punched but it was the baby😂😂😂😂
Brings me back to 2013... man what a game. I am upset about Rockstar milking it dry (Online anyway) especially considering it'll be 10 years old this year, but I have to admit, it was a wild ride.
New sub. Never watched a streamer before, but it was fun watching someone experience GTA V for the 1st time!
I loved your rdr playthrough, I'm excited for this one.
Thank you for telling me about the radios, that was surprisingly genuine and I'll give your other videos a chance, for this moment youre not just a face in the crowd.
You did exceptionally well for someone who had never played a GTA game before! And you did it while simultaneously taking care of a baby.
LiteWeight in name, but definitely not in gamer skill level!
I’ve played through this game a few times over the years and I just noticed something watching someone else play. At the bank, each character was carrying one bag full of money. Essentially each one had one third of the money. For some reason, when they exit the crashed vehicle, Trevor has taken his off and given it to the guy that died to carry. So when Trevor runs away, he doesn’t have any of the money, which would seem to be entirely his fault.
Awesome video again by my number one favourite youtuber ever. I never get bored of this game
Its a good thing to try and do the side missions since that's where a lot of the charm comes from, each character has their own side missions that you can't do with the others so you get to know them more individually when you do them
Im definitely here for this playthrough
Nice fight when Frankin stole Michael’s son car from the guy shop 😉
1:03:28 most perfectly timed ever 🤣
cant believe its been 8.5 years since I first played this
my fist time is i buy ps3
Watching someone play this for the first time is always a pleasure regardless of how old the game is. Trevor is without question one of the greatest protagonists in GTA history only behind Niko Belik and Tommy Vercetti.
HA! Your reactions to the dialogue is a fun treat, especially when they're clowning on each other and you're like: *Shocked Face* - "They did NOT just say that!"
This is my favorite game of all time and I’ve played it like every day since it came out! I like to think of it as like an advanced, adult version of Sims
San Andreas and GTA IV had more Sims aspect than this one like dating, going to eat, strip club, darts, bowling, pool or show with friends which actually effected relationship and get benefits if they liked you enough or having to eat not to loose weight or to get health. You know stats that actually effect your gameplay and character condition like getting fat or ripped. V had non of that and was let down on that part.
I said it in the last video but at 42:47 I love how you double tap the driver and still blow the car up anyways just to make sure 😂
For someone who finsished gta like 3 times and now plays online id said u did a pretty good job!
damn, didn't expect this one, excited!
I like to come back to the GTAV story every couple of months. At least once a year as player or just let's play viewer. Despite this game now is more meme then the legend it supposed to be few yars ago, it has some magnetism in it. I just want to wander through this iconic trio story again, and again, and again.
You're doing good job for sure and I think I will watch your whole GTAV series c:
Thank you! I know I’m late to respond but I hope you enjoyed the play through!
The wee one sounded like they were enjoying it. 🤣🤣
I am glad you are playing GTA 5. Story mode feels like a modern take on 1980s-1990s action films. It's light because the draw of the game is the game play. You will see allusions to Terminator 2, Die Hard and Heat, just to name a few movies.
Pro driving skills ;-) made my day :D
Awesome game, awesome playthrough, subbed for sure!
Great game. Trevor has always been my personal favorite character. It's totally nuts but he knows he is and doesnt try to hide it.
This is really fun watching someone play through this for the 1st time.
It's Torture.
Haven't seen any of your videos since like red dead 2 its good to see your doing well
Good to see you playing this🥰 , I've done speedruns of this game on PC and spent around 2000 hours , and it's a ton of fun.. Just stay away from GTA Online. Also it's just a PC port of the game , and it has some similarities to RDR2 as both are made by Rockstar Games
"Maybe I think imported palm trees are a good substitute for not really knowing what the fuck you're doing on this earth." Ah, a kindred spirit. I love it when Rockstar gets existential.
The States and Cities of the 3D and HD universe.
3D universe - PS2 Era (GTA lll, Vice City, GTA San Andreas etc.)
HD Universe - XBOX360/PS3 Era (GTA IV/V)
State of Liberty (GTA 3)
Liberty City 3D - Based on 2001 New York City, Philadelphia, Detroit and Baltimore
State of Liberty (GTA IV)
Liberty City HD - Based solely on 2008 New York City
State of Alderney (GTA IV)
Alderney City - based on 2008 Newark and Jersey City
State of Florida (GTA Vice City)
Vice City 3D - Based on 1986 Miami
State of San Andreas (GTA SA)
Los Santo's 3D - Based on 1992 Los Angeles
San Fierro 3D - Based 1992 San Francisco
Las Venturas 3D - Based on 1992 Las Vegas
State of San Andreas (GTA V)
Los Santo's HD - Based on 2013 Los Angeles
State of North Yankton (GTA V)
Ludendorff - Based on Fargo, the largest city of North Dakota.
New England area of the United States (Bully)
Town of Bullworth 3D - Based on Connecticut
Unknown state in the Midwestern to Eastern United States thought to be close to Liberty City (Manhunt)
Carcer City 3D - Based on Detroit and Flint, Michigan; Camden, New Jersey; East St. Louis with Chicago, Illinois; and Gary, Indiana.
Unknown state in Southeastern United States (Manhunt 2)
Cottonmouth 3D - Based on New Orleans, Charleston, Atlanta, but not any one in particular.
I should also mention the different universes the two main ones being the 3D universe and the HD universe. The 3D universe is the PS2 era of GTA starting with GTA 3 in 2001 and ending with Vice City Stories in 2006 with Manhunt 2 in 2007 being the last game set in this universe. This universe also includes Bully from 2006 with all these games taking place in the 3D universe.
In 2008 GTA IV came out starting a whole new universe known as the HD universe where the events and characters of the 3D never existed nor does the events of those past games. Think of it as a reboot of course many of the locations and side characters still exist in the HD universe such as all the fictional cities (Explains why Liberty City looks so different and has different names in GTA IV) and bands such as Love Fist from GTA Vice City also being in the HD universe. This also explains some changes to Los Santo's in GTA V for example the changes to the map.
Should also note that it's very unlikely that Red Dead takes place in the same universe as GTA (HD) with RDR mentioning cities like New York, Chicago, San Fran, Boston etc. As far as we know Liberty City and San Fierro are the GTA versions of New York and San Fran. RDR is most likely set in its own universe separate from GTA.
@@grandadmiralthrawn712 Yeah honestly as much as I adore Liberty City in GTA IV and how detailed it is even more so than GTA V I still prefer the more original GTA lll rendition. I just like fictional cities which are based on a range of locations or just try to be something completely new and different like how Gotham became more than New York having look and feel. One reason why I love RDR1 and RDR2 sure they take elements from real world states and location but 90% are original and new from the town’s to the landmarks. Saint Denis is pretty much just New Orleans but I didn’t mind at all.
59:40 love the way you’re grooving to I don’t Care Anymore😂 Phil Collins Rocks🤘
I love your playthroughs! Cheers! :)
i love i dunning

Its funny seeing you sort of follow road rules lol
I love the gta 5 videos so far!
You should also do the other gta games too like gta 4 and the older gta games from the 3D Universe they are all great games
Just started watching this playthrough. Based on the literal "car-crash" style of the gameplay ... this is going to be entertaining.
I love this playlist that you made of gtav litewight gaming keep up the amazing work
Thanks!! Hope you love the play through!
I hate that the first video got flagged 💔 If the music was the reason then whenever you get in car just go ahead and turn the radio off as soon as possible I hope this could help❤
That can be set directly to off. As far as I know. In the menu at Radio Stations
Luckily, turning the music off automatically turns the radio off, but for some reason a song in a mission still played and that’s what got me 😭😭 thank you though!
Zero knowledge of this game in 2022? This game came out in 2013 but it is what it is glad you’re enjoying the game
Love this story mode so much and never see any love for it. Stoked for this playthrough.
hollow has played it a few times. He always comes back to games when there are new editions out lol. Give him a try he actually is really fun to watch especially with horror. Normally i don't like offering up other channels on someone else's channel but it fits your comment.
i osso love a story in a game i håpe GTA 6 made a good story mode
I watched speedrunners blow this game up in every possible way. Seeing someone playing this game casually is almost frightening!
This game is a lot less depressing than Red Dead Redemption 2 at least.
Wow, thank goodness you're back! (Of course you were never gone, you just played game after game I didn't care for.) So now, many months later, I realize I've actally really missed your blind playthroughs. Looking forward to a long GTA5 ride! 😊
This is my first time watching this channel so I don't know how these work but imo it's worth looking up how to end up with the maximum amount of money at the end. You have to make specific heist choices and investments but then you end up a billionaire: )
Your driving is way better than mine was when I played this for the first time
I love this game just starting playing it today it’s so funny and great a masterpiece
No way u are playing this game...I am so excited 😀
Molto bello il video io sono un tuo grande fan continua così la serie gtia5 liteweight gaming
This game came out 2013 and it's still relevant today that should already tell you you're in for a ride with this one lol
Tip: When you chasing enemies driving bikes you don’t have to shoot them you can ram them and they’ll fly off.
You should continue doing this playthrough, gta 5 is a parody of Los Angeles and has many funny lines 😂
I have forgotten how much of a masterpiece Grand theft Auto v is
Ever see the failed scene if Franklin gets caught by Amanda and the tennis coach? Got me the first time! 🤣
It's hard to believe that there are still people playing this game for the first time... What I wouldn't give to be able to play experience this game for the first time again

Even though you’re not used to driving in video games, you’re gonna have to practice and get good at driving if you want to get around to locations quick in this game. And for the later missions it requires that you drive long distances back and forth, so it’s something you’re gonna have to get used to, sooner or later.
When I saw her drive way out of town on the first repo job I remember when I did just the same, not knowing I'd have to bring the car all the way back to the dealership.
