1 pound shredded chicken
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Lumpia wrappers

talking about lumpia, It proves how "close" ASEAN countries are. I am an Indonesian and yess, we also have lumpia in our country exactly the same with the one in Philipines, why? I am not sure but it might be something related to our anchestors. Because Indonesia and Philipines were actually within the same kingdom many years ago in the history. So did Indonesia and Malay and Thai in another kingdom. And I also think that history shoud be a reason to encourage ASEAN countries to support each other in any kind of international stuffs, like Miss Universe for instance. No matter for what reason, bully-ing is not acceptable. Anybody agree with me?
