Best Electrician Multifunctional Scissors : LAOA or FACOM ?

FACOM 841A.3 & LAOA LA119307.
LAOA is half the price (on Aliexpress for example) than FACOM.
I guess the FACOM model is made in Taiwan ...
The LAOA model is available under other brands (C.JET TOOL), obviously fanciful, a Chinese mania ...
On the LAOA model, doubling a handle is very practical and the soft material is placed internally, which is very comfortable.

The serrations on the LAOA scissors help hold the rope while cutting. It looks like the FACOM is not serrated. Les dentelures des ciseaux LAOA aident à maintenir la corde pendant la coupe. On dirait que le FACOM n'est pas dentelé.
