Good to see you. Your videos have helped me quite a bit. I'm currently rebuilding everything but the bottom end on my 01 500 Rubicon. Hard to find any good videos on those.
I think you need to tell people that when you loosen that starter you need to clean the starter where it bolt and clean the block to the motor Where It Bolts to the motor mine was just a ground problem when I cleaned it that cured the problem and it worked fine, good thing to try first.
Thank you! You're videos have helped me so much! I have an issue I can't seem to find the answer to. I have an '04 Foreman 450 and the Bearing inside the Front Final Clutch (4x4\4x2 selector) was all to pieces, I pulled the oil seal and removed that bearing and never imagined how hard it would be to find a replacement. Have you ever ran into this before? I'd rather avoid buying a replacement Front Final Clutch for $300 if any way possible. Thanks!
I’m the old starter there is a cylindrical tube on one of the two posts where the bolt goes through. My new one doesn’t have one. My old one left it stuck in there and now I can’t get the new one in because of that. Should I just tear it out? Edit, nevermind. I popped it out problem solved
I recently replaced mine but while putting the cover back on, I broke off one of the five bolts. The long one. It broke at the thread. My question is can it be fixed? Is there a way to get it out
I just discovered you but Man you make the best videos please keep them coming. But I have a question and here it is, I have a 98 Honda foreman 450 es and the oil temperature light is staying on what could it be? Thanks In advance
It could be a faulty temperature switch which is on the bottom of the engine or it could be the wire is unplugged either at the temperature switch or in the right rear fender well. This is just a single wire and it has a barrel connector at both the temperature sensor and the location and the right rear fender well. If that connection gets loose and touches ground it will cause the light to turn on. Thus it also make your fan cut on as well.
Thanks bud, my fan ain’t coming on I still got to test it, but I believe my timing chain is worn out and I believe I may need a top end maybe even bottom end but I hope not the crankshaft is being a pain to find
Hey four wheeler doctor I have a 07 rancher 400 at I want to adjust the valves but not sure if it’s the same procedure as a rancher 350 cannot find a video for a 400 at here to ask the professional
I got a question unrelated to the video. My 2018 Honda 420 won’t start or do anything it’s basically just dead. Only thing I’ve noticed is that the pgm unit gets really hot so I think it’s a short. What could it be ?
Good video brother. Thanks. That screwdriver trick was just what I needed to pull that starter out. 👊

Have a 2017 rubicon. It’s hard to start but when it does it runs for few seconds then dies. You ran into this situation yet? Efi
This is highly helpful! Thank you!

What area in NC are you located?
I'm in South Carolina almost at the nc State line
how old is that extension chord??!!
It's got a few years and miles on it. The outer coating is overrated, each individual wire is insulated so I should be good. Lol
@@FourwheelerDoctor I aint judging! Im congratulating! 🤣
@@Full_throttle_gas lol that's funny right there!! I guess Thank you. Lol
