Do you own or want a Hot Tub?

Open the bottom of the device and remove the heater pump. Take it apart and you'll find a propeller inside, which rotates to pump the water into motion. At the ends of its shaft there are apparently rubber vibration dampers that wear out over time. Replace them with new ones and the pump will work again and no code will appear. I myself replaced them with pieces of suitable rubber hose that fit their place and had a suitable hole for the propeller shaft.

Thanks for the video. My initial thought is that I wouldn't leave my Lay Z Spa running over winter. I don't think they are that robust and it wears out. I have just completed a second season and have just packed it away. This year has been poor weather wise so May-end of September and that was it.

Yes, I believe this approach is best and I did that the year before without problem, however, if you are in a hard water area I do advise you ensure to treat the water every now and then to ensure correct function of the heating elements.

@@MarlonKingShow, it's strange. I live in a very hard water area. Last year I was noticing a lot of limescale deposits in the filter. I had one E02 that cleared and didn't repeat. This year I never noticed any limescale at all and when I used the blue descaling gadget that you showed I didn't notice the water in it going milky, so maybe being more diligent with the water treatment and using the same scale and stain remover helped in the second year. So I concluded that your issue probably is more a case of mechanical failure inside from wearing out. All the best for next year season. I thought about buying one of the wifi pumps too. I bought just the wifi controller and replaced the existing one, but could not, try as I might, get it to connect. My other half who is more tecchy than me said he thought the wifi chip in it wasn't very sophisticated. I returned it to the seller in the end. Sorry. I digress!

Im also struggeling with the E02 error. I used to be able to fix it by cleaning or changing the filter unit. However this doesnt fix it this time. I yesterday build my own device equal to your blue thingie in the video. Im currently cycling descale liquids through it. Hope it fixes it.

Good luck, , hope it works for you.
yeah these things are so annoying, not sure why they are so error prone because otherwise they are brilliant.

I changed the impeller, still got eo2 errors, this year I replaced the impeller again, night and day. I can only assume the first replacement part was faulty.

I've got this error more and more often and this is only the 3rd year.
    What I've done so far:
Flushed the waterpipes for 5 minutes in each direction.
Put new filters in the cartridge.
Maintaining clean water by removing dirt using a net.
E02 persists and appears more often by the day. I guess the sensor is broken :(

Sad times. Let me know how you get on if you replace it. I'm going to try next year perhaps, I've packed mine down :(
