The guy was training since a teen. He was an army ranger and won a national level wrestling competition when he was in high school. Steroids are a disgrace. Unfortunately most ppl have used them. I've been training for over 10 years, naturally. Never used anything. Unfortunately it's so difficult to be gaining size naturally. Obviously the training hasn't been the best until a few years ago. When I signed up to the website and learnt a lot of what Plitt talks about. My best gains were doing his type of workouts, and also other workouts but mainly the Plitt workout styles with adjustments from me. Seen ppl with less experience, clearly using steroids and on something. Most ppl r at the local gym or have tried it... Physique goals like Steve Reeves is what I aim for, but Steve was also genetically superior to everyone else and a hyper responder to training. When I started gym I was 45 KG. Very much hardgainer. After 10 years + of training I'm only 73KG. But as ppl say, it's 3D muscle and clearly good size and muscle density & quality. Not just mass bulked... Years of training. Unfortunately most don't understand how hard it is to actually put on size. Esp if you don't have insane genetics. Natural training is very unmotivating & very difficult, with very minimal results. But I continue on the path of truth & not fakery.
@@jmtexx clown tik tok brainer. That's the problem with the industry now nobody helping. Natural training is seriously awesome and anyone doing it deserves credit. The fitness industry is a joke now
@@fxstn0me512 There's something called genetics. He said he didn't train the best up until a couple of years ago when he found Plitt's workouts.... So that's 30KG in less than 10 years. Most people train years with zero results because the fitness industry is a joke and teaches you to train like a fool. If people adopt different training styles like more recovery & more intensity it would work best. He also commented on another video saying he can smash out 20 pull ups in a row, that's crazy impressive. But I do agree, eating is the key but again, everyone is in a different place & genetic.
Steroids don’t kill you. An excessive amount of steroids and ignorance kills you. Same as too much food, water, being outside in the sun tanning, medicine etc….its kinda weird being this upset at somebody doing something that has ZERO affect on you.
