I love how you provide all the information, number and weight, water quantity etc, in all your recipes. Truly appreciate your attention to detail. I have just one suggestion to make the description even more helpful. Sometimes we have some left over boiled potatoes with us and want to make this item. No kitchen scale, and size of alu may vary to that used by you. If we know the cup to cup ratio of mashed potato and dry ingredient, rice flour in this case, we can just measure the mashed alu we have in a cup and add the proportionate rice flour and get the recipe right. So, if you can add that information in your future videos, it would help a lot.
