Happy New Year to you both! We're sorry to hear about Paul's condition and wish him a speedy recovery. Very brave of you to share what's been happening. Thoughts are with you, RnR😘xx
Happy New Year Paul and Jo Hope You Had A lovely Christmas 🎄 Awww that's a shame for Paul hope he recovers quickly 🙏 prayers for jo and Paul xxxxxxx❤❤❤❤
Sorry to hear about Paul, hopefully he is feeling better now. Happy new year and keep the vlogs coming (when Paul is better). All the best for the future.
Happy new year. Hope you are feeling better today. It's the first video of yours I've seen but.. . As someone who had a heart attack aged 50 (a decade ago), some heart meds make asthma worse (eg beta blockers) so if you have an infection you get into a bit of a spiral. And ventellin/salbutamol gives me palpitations if I puff too much of it. For me, the anxiety loop is what makes it worse. Gentle walking helps, listening to running water (UA-cam videos) is relaxing at night. Anyway, your situation might be quite different but hope you are able to relax a bit and are soon feeling much better
Thank you so much for your comment. Your absolutely right about the anxiety it makes it so much worse. Staying calm is half the battle, the palpitations are horrible. Wishing you all the best on your health journey. Happy New Year to you.🥰xx
Hi guys, just watched this video and brought back recent memories of last August in Benidorm,I started feeling ill the last night we were there and got progressively worse after getting back,2 days later I was rushed into hospital and spent 9 days in there with severe pneumonia then housebound for 3 weeks, upside was I lost 18 pound(which a combination of greed and Xmas food has been resolved) anyway hope Paul is ok and take care 👍
Wow, that sounds scary. It's strange how these things just creep up on us. Wouldn't have expected that, especially in August. Hope you have made a full recovery. Happy New Year to you.🥰xx
So sorry to hear your news I hope Paul has a swift recovery. I suffer from asthma so I do understand his predicament a trick I was shown about 50 years ago to help breathing is use a brown paper bag and use it to breathe in and out it does work helped me on a number of occasions. Lets hope 2025 is kind Conrad

Hi both, Paul still doesn’t sound well. I would take advice from others who have commented and go and see a specialist it must be so uncomfortable for you and worrying. Hope it eases and you start to get better.
Thank you so much for your reply. He is feeling a little better now his meds have started to work. We are waiting for an appointment with the cardiologist, regarding his AFib, hopefully it won't be too long. Happy New Year to you.🥰xx
Hi both. I know exactly how you feel Paul. I had a chest infection for four months from April 2024 and I’m still suffering the effects now. I really thought like you that I was going to die. I 0:47 was told the same that it was Asthma and I must confess that my chest feels tighter than it did before it all started but my night breathing is back to normal now. I use to walk a long way without getting out of breath but I do still get breathless now but I’m hoping by walking daily that it gets better. You are not alone. I do wish you really well and want you to know it will get better with time. Happy New Year to you both. ❤
Thank you for your comment. Sorry to hear you have not been well, and we wish you a full recovery. It does help to share the experience, it doesn' feel as though we are alone🤗. Wishing you a Happy New Year🥰 xxx
Asthma is so scary! There is a weird trick though. Focus on pushing out your air. So much air gets stuck that you can’t pull new air in. So really concentrate on exhaling and of course get to hospital. Asthma can kill.
Thank you for your comment. Yes it was very scary. Thank you for your tips, this is all new to us and we're learning how best to deal with it. Happy New Year to you🥰xx
Hi Paul and Jo. Poor Paul. Why don’t you ask hospital for a chest X-ray. This will check for any fluid on your lungs. Hope you get better soon. Take care.

Sounds like pneumonia ,fluid build up in lungs can cause your symptoms ,please get second opinion right away .
We thought the same thing Angela but the Doctor treated Paul for Asthma. Will be keeping an eye on it, thank you. 😊
