Bellingham Technical College Virtual Scholarship Celebration 2020

The Bellingham Technical College Foundation located in Bellingham Washington is proud to celebrate it's scholarship recipients and donors.
Our foundation’s mission is to change lives by expanding access to quality education. We are sharing this message with you because you have partnered with our foundation to change the lives of our students - and we are grateful. We want to extend our deepest appreciation to Phillips 66 who committed early last year to serve as our Title Sponsor for the Scholarship Celebration Breakfast. Even though we are not conducting the breakfast in person this year; I wanted to recognize Phillips 66 for their generous support of the college and our students. With your help, our foundation was able to award scholarships to more than 279 students totaling $497,000. These initial awards constitute a 7% increase over last year’s record scholarship award amount and is now the most scholarship dollars ever awarded in our foundation’s history. As we now transition into this current fiscal year I wanted to speak briefly about our annual Fall Scholarship Campaign. Our goal is to raise $130,000 in scholarships between now and December 31 so that we can continue helping our students achieve their dreams.
