I remember playing this game with my mom and when she appeared I got so scared that I could barely watch the screen anymore whenever we played for fear of her returning. I also had awful nightmares about her for weeks
when i played this with my mom as a kid, i wouldn't sleep in my room for weeks. i thought the wolf with red eyes was watching me through my bedroom window
"Gecko... gecko.... Gecko...Gecko...Gecko..." "You're supposed to move the geckos in a row, you keep swapping them with each other." I laughed, so much, and i needed it. I really appreciate your father daughter time. It's very very good, and your playthrough with her co-piloting was a delight.
BugPope Slytherins aren’t jerks. That’s a stereotype. Don’t perpetuate stereotypes. Slytherins are cunning, prepared to strike back if they need to. They act from the shadows, they aren’t flashy. They get things done quickly rather than dragging it out unless they feel the need to play a long con. They’re good at twisting their way out of situations. Snakes fit for that. Eagles are so important to Ravenclaw it dictates one of their house colours.
Ahh, it drives me nuts when you skip things or do things out of sequence, but I love your playthroughs anyway! Always a treat when Mary comes along for the ride!
Nancy is a Hufflepuff. She’s loyal, smart, gets knocked out, ambitious but gets tricked and trapped a lot. So maybe a Ravenclaw but I think Hufflepuff would be a strong match
Ha ha ha! I loved Mary‘s commentary! Especially her singing Kanye West it’s amazing! And substituting Rihanna‘s song “work “for “what what what what what! “ She has a good voice! Really good!
Ohmygosh. Do you read The Babysitters Club books to Mary? My dad used to read Nancy Drew to me when I was really little. Reading to your kids fosters love of learning and I'm proof.
Also real talk: where does Ethel sleep? Does she stay at the manor? If so, where’s her room? If not, it’s still weird for her to be there doing secret rituals at night with Jane.
Yeah, I live in India. When he streams, it really late into the night. Like somewhere between 11-2am. I catch the occasional stream (ghost gods, scarlet hand etc) but I keep missing the ones he does on my favourite games.
@@James.Stark.Ben.Edition one of my favorite games didnt start until 11 and wasnt even close to being done at 12:30 so I had to stop watching. I had a class in the morning
Sorry for all the comments, but Nigel’s motive: he’s trying to write a juicy tell-all, and so his motive is that it would pique interest in his book if there was a beast of Blackmoor present day.
i cannot believe i’ve been watching you for over a decade and now you’re married and teaching your child about nancy drew 🤗 that makes me ecstatic
I love it when Mary is co-host. She's sassy.
Same!! She is so sweet💖
I remember the first time I played this game, the lady in the black cloak scared me so badly I screamed and ran to my room 😅
I'm watching this for the first time as an adult, but this game would've definitely scared me if I were around ten.

I played these games when I was 13 and it took me weeks for this one
Nancy is a Hufflepuff because she's good at finding things
Also she lets everybody boss her around, which feels like a Hufflepuff thing.
@@Popebug untrue!!!
BugPope Have you seen their mascot lmao. Do you know what badgers are like lol.
@@aromaladyellie The mascot and the house don't really have that much to do with each other. Snakes aren't jerks in real life, for example.

You got eaten by the carnivorous plant? You're off the case!
Nancy Drew games, where getting eaten by a carnivorous plant and picking unripe vegetables have the same consequences.

Nancy is DEFINITELY a Gryffindor due to her insane bravery.
I wish they made more of the newer games like Blackmoor Manor and Crystal Skull. None of the ND games live up to them.
Ha ha ha! I loved Mary‘s commentary! Especially her singing Kanye West it’s amazing! And substituting Rihanna‘s song “work “for “what what what what what! “
She has a good voice! Really good!
I love watching theses ! Someone in my area is selling all nancy drew games for $60 I’m really tempted to get it
This was my favourite in the series

I still think this was the best ND game.
Aww sucks about the audio issues, but still going to be enjoyable!
This is my first ND game and one of my favorites!

She sleeps in the bird cage.
She always creeped me out.
I'm watching them all in order. I finally made it to my 2nd Nancy drew game ive played
Yay! Mary's back! 😊❤️
Mrs. Drake - professor mcgonagall
Ethel- Professor Umbridge?
Dog Lover291 lol orrr Ethel: professor Trelawney. 😂
Unruhly 1 Haha! Makes since
This game took FOREVER for my siblings and I to solve (we finally broke and bought the strategy guide), but it was still fun to scare my cousin with.
Mary linking everything to Harry Potter is me at that age lol.
Ooof, Mary, she's great here. I love that she's such a sassy girl~
12:02 LOL, MARY!
Man, I keep missing your streams.
Yeah, I love this dude. Watching his streams was a time well spent.
He did all the livestreams during the government shutdown. He finished a couple weeks ago

Love this.
Nancy it totally a Slytherin! She is cunning and sneeky!
Can someone tell me, what time do all the characters go to bed...Jane specifically it would help a lot thanks
i think nancy would be a ravenclaw

Ethel moon walks 😂
Ms drake were child
Unpopular opinion. I don't like this one
