- He's Finally Home + Decorating for Christmas ❤️ // After 2 weeks in the hospital with Lincoln, they were finally able to get his infection under control, do another surgery to re-place his shunt, and we were able to come home! We were so happy to get to be together again and to finally get to decorate for our first Christmas in our new home! So grateful.

I have to admit after the last video I was really worried, I prayed many times for Link, I would randomly think about him during the day and check back to see if you posted. He is one strong boy and I am just so happy he’s home to enjoy the holidays. Love you all ❤
The very definition of "when it rains, it pours." My heart goes out to you guys. It was so tough seeing you deal with the delays on the house, and the repairs to the kitchen, and now with true life and death situations, gosh, its a lot. Hug each other tight, hug your babies and your fur babies---those are always the things as you know, that matter most in life, and the rest will follow. What you said resonates with me as well. I live with chronic illness, and a lot of times, I jussssst want to be normal and not deal with everything that comes with it, but as I grow older, I tell myself, it's okay to complain every once in a while because it absolutely is hard, and its okay to say, I just can't today, and it's okay to take time off and just heal as best I can because I am a work, work, work type of person, and unfortunately that doesn't work when you have chronic illness that reminds you that you're not always in charge.
I'm praying that Lincoln heal's fast and that he doesn't have anymore hospital visits. 🙏💞 I love that he got to be home to join in on decorating for Christmas. The most magical time of the year! 😊
