For those that are a little skeptical about measurements try this:
    1 cup of flour
    2 TBsp of corn starch
    2 TBsp of season all
    1 TBsp of garlic powder
    1 TBSp of onion powder
    1 TBsp of black pepper
    Then mix!
    It came out pretty good😋

Black peoples are guided by the voices of our ancestors on measurements. Just looking at it, she probably used about 2 cups of mayo, 2 cups of flour, TBS of corn starch, 2 TBS of season all (or lawry’s seasoning salt) Garlic powder and black pepper. You can use whatever dry seasonings you like.

I made these, and they were absolutely delicious. I was a little disappointed that my flour stuck to the pan when I turned them over, but it did not take away from the flavor or the tenderness AT ALL. Love them; to my surprise, my son loved them (he hates ribs cooked in the oven) and I will definitely be making them again. Way to go Aisha! Thank you for this recipe.
