Is there a way to select this level in speedrun so I don't have to keep hoping to get it in the playlist?

There is actually. Just go to the racing menu where you pick between racing options and just scroll all the way down till you find its name

Scroll down and left under speed run tab

Scoll down and press on Speed run and it should give you 3 difficulty settings to choose from, i think this one on the middle setting

Thats some insane cuts at the end!! Also how do you chain those drifts? I do it uninterrupted sometimes 😂
