I'm probably not the right person to get advice from on this stuff😅but I'd say (I'm just gonna assume that you're on pc), keep the same 360 across all games so that you can maintain the same level of consistency. High, mid or low sens, find a 360 that you feel most comfortable with in most games that you play, and stick to it. Hope that helps. Sorry for the late reply, btw. Cheers😁
