I'm so intrigued by this subject. I've studied my face for many years and I see when I deplete myself of fat that my face changes I'm 45 years old and I look younger than when I was 16. So understanding where that fat muscle is and when injectables are to be asserted in different places I'm just interested in the subject. thank you so much for informing me jacqueline delgado

Natural ways would include good oral posture, tongue covering the upper pallet of the mouth, especially the back area, using your jaw muscles as much as possible by chewing tough foods, not losing any teeth that will cause degeneration, good diet and sleep will help also
