Maybe I'm dreaming, but wasn't this the forecast of last year and wasn't it the Saharan dust that kept it from being bad last year?
Yeah, they mentioned that.
They also expected the switch to La Nina to happen last spring, but it happened this year instead. They did not mention that.
@@abrahamroloff8671also. Shear from that (I forgot which) or more so high level winds helped almost create a barrier. To strong hurricanes
They should come back a year from now and talk to this guy again and find out if he was right
